Went to drop off a package and there was a sign saying returning at 3:15pm... first of all, random time to be gone and second of all that was over an hour from the time I was there! That's a long lunch break... Not the first time I've experienced major delays at this location. Will try my best to go to any other Canada Post location before going here, which is a shame as it is the closest.

Staff are friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. One staff member tipped me off on how to reclaim my customs fees by appealing to Canada Post. Was an unexpected surprise.

Same experience as others. It's so slow and so bad. No concern about efficiency or people's time. Watched some lady pick out a box for 10 minutes.

I am very angry. I am sick, my leg is broken, and I gave my 16-year-old son an ID so that he could receive the package. What is the problem if the son with the original parent's ID receives the package? It's much safer than leaving them under doors. Idiot management, let them have problems in government agencies all their lives.

Unfair customer service. I wanted to send a gift to Europe (laptop) to my relatives. I went to the post office and asked "can I send a laptop?" The postal employee told me, “Yes, no problem, you can.” I paid 114 dollars for postal services. About a week later, on December 12, 2023, my package returned to me marked “Dangerous Goods.” Naturally, no one returned the money to me. I have a question. If laptops cannot be sent by mail, why say that it is possible and accept the parcel?

Terrible, terrible service! The younger girl, in particular is sarcastic and rude. I was mailing a Christmas present to a family member in a very small town. About a year ago I was doing the same thing. This same girl questioned me as to why I didn't have a street name or a box number. I told her this is a very small town, there are no streets and I don't need a box number. I have been sending mail there for years. Nobody has ever questioned me. I come now again hoping she wasn't there but lo and behold, she was. She says to me after putting the stamp on, "Do they even know who she is?" First of all, it's none of her business, if they know who she is and the dark haired female that was with her said, "all we want is clarification." Excuse me, all I asked for was to put a stamp on my parcel because I wasn't sure if I needed more than one. I told her that I thought she was rude. She very sarcastically said. "Have a nice day!" I said, "I will have a nice day. But you need to be nicer to your customers". Then I go to talk to the manager of the store to complain about her and obviously she saw me so she came around again and said. "Have a nice day" very sarcastically. Some of these people need to realize that if we didn't come in to the store, there would be no business. She would not have a job. I will never go back to this Post Office again ever. I did call the Canada post and made a formal complaint against her. I hope they do something about it. I complained last time and obviously she's still there. I can see that this seems to be consistent in the store with the other reviews here.

Came in before they officially closed and they were not accommodating in the slightest. All they needed was to accept a package. They closed up early and did not seem to care.

SLOW & ignorant of pricing… inconsiderate employees won’t even talk to you while they stand there letting people decide what to do. Walking into the back every 30 seconds for a minute or so… eating lunch… who knows. I’m be tried to mail a PREPAID package 3 times and had to leave to pick up my kid. No wonder no one likes Canada post. It’s this location.Just do better

Every time I visit this postal outlet it’s a gong show. The head lady is miserable and does her best to spread her misery. Least helpful staff to deal with.
