“There are several managers at Old Navy, however Ishrat K was very unprofessional. I had a grey item I was interested in. Ishrat carelessly damaged the item. She knew she damaged it because her hands started quivering and she started apologizing. However, when she was questioned by colleagues about the damage, she blamed me for the damage she knew she caused.”
