“There are several managers at Old Navy, however Ishrat K was very unprofessional. I had a grey item I was interested in. Ishrat carelessly damaged the item. She knew she damaged it because her hands started quivering and she started apologizing. However, when she was questioned by colleagues about the damage, she blamed me for the damage she knew she caused.”
“Good toy store with a large selection. More expensive than many other places but we still enjoy visiting. They are going through renovations that should help going between Toys R Us and Babies R Us.”
“Always, always friendly staff. Visited about 3 or 4 days before Christmas and their shelves were half empty. I understand that it was the season but for a toy store, to run out of options, to run out of supplies? ?
I ended up not feeling that good of what I bought for my god kids but still okay. I still love buying stuff in store so toysrus is still best for me to buy gift for kids!”
“The team at the outlet mall location is the best! They help find things you couldn’t find on your own (because it’s hiding in plain sight ??) the store leader is great to her team! The are always happy to see their customers the work environment looks amazing to work for.
