We live in Ontario and needed to buy a Kohler faucet that has been discontinued. Christa was very helpful and efficient at completing the order and having it delivered to us. Christa has wonderful customer service skills.

Went to get a seal for my toilet, and Maryssa was more than helpful! She showed me exactly how to get it done by going downstairs and doing a demo on my exactly part! Highly recommend!
