Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Sales staff are very helpful when others told what wanted couldn't be found. They ordered what needed and arrived promptly. They will go back whenever need plumbing fixes. Staff are also friendly and making sure got everything needed. They didn't over sell or up sell.
