“Keith, the floor supervisor/manager at Home Depot Polo Park, took the time to speak to me in regards to a situation where Kenaston Home Depot told me to go to the Polo Park Store for inventory on a light fixture. There was only 1 in stock at Kenaston and 4 in stock at Polo Park. The employee told me to take a picture of their handheld device they use to show Polo Park the item and the price. When I went to Polo Park, the inventory was available but the price was not the same and much higher. I was told by both Shiwani and Keith that individual stores will not have the same price if they have low inventory and want to just get rid of the rest. I told Keith that no one told me that and was instructed to travel all the way to Polo Park in a horrible rainy day that day. I indicated that I understand but was greatly disappointed as I should have been made aware of this. And to even have the employee at Kenaston tell me to take a camera shot of his screen device to show Polo Park would not make sense then. I purchased the 1 they had left at Kenaston and showed Polo Park the receipt as well. There was no argument or any brush off and it only took Keith a few minutes to consider it and gave me the items at the discounted price. The kindness, understanding and courtesy that Keith extended to me was something one just do not see much of this day in age in terms of customer service. Give this man a promotion, a raise or at least buy him lunch. Rona can definitely learn a thing of two from Home Depot in terms of how to treat their customers right. I will also be posting this review on Google to give praise to Keith and the Home Depot team. Thank you again!”

“I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to the RONA water heater sales representative and installation team who recently helped my family during an unexpected and urgent situation. Yesterday, our home water heater developed a serious leak. The situation was urgent, and we came to RONA to purchase a replacement water heater when there was only about half an hour left before the store closed. The sales representative who assisted us was extremely patient, professional, and responsible. He carefully checked the water heater model with us and went through all the installation details to make sure everything was correct. The process took some time and had already gone beyond his scheduled working hours, but he continued to assist us without hesitation. After learning that our existing water heater was seriously leaking and that we needed an urgent replacement, he went above and beyond to help us. He completed the order and arranged the installation, and he also made every effort to secure an emergency installation service for us. His dedication, kindness, and willingness to help us even after his working hours made a stressful situation much easier for our family. I was also extremely impressed by the installation team. This morning, RONA contacted us very early and quickly arranged for an installation technician to come to our home. At around 10:00 a.m., the technician arrived and immediately dealt with the urgent issue involving our old water heater. The new water heater was then brought to our home, and the installation proceeded promptly. By approximately 2:00 p.m., the entire installation was completed. The speed and efficiency were truly remarkable. I was honestly surprised that such an urgent problem could be resolved so quickly. From our emergency purchase yesterday to the completion of the installation today, the RONA team responded quickly and professionally and resolved our serious water heater leak in just a few hours. During a stressful and unexpected situation, your employees demonstrated outstanding professionalism, efficiency, responsibility, and genuine care for the customer. Their service went far beyond what I expected. Please recognize and commend these employees I would sincerely ask RONA management to formally recognize and commend the sales representative who assisted us, as well as the installation team who responded so quickly and completed the work so efficiently. The sales representative deserves special recognition for staying beyond his scheduled working hours, carefully handling our order, and making every effort to arrange an emergency installation for us. His willingness to help a customer in an urgent situation was truly exceptional. I would also like to recognize the installation team for their prompt response, professionalism, and remarkable efficiency. They arrived early, handled the emergency situation quickly, and completed the entire installation by approximately 2:00 p.m. Employees who demonstrate this level of dedication and customer care are a great asset to RONA. I sincerely hope that management will share this feedback with the employees involved and give them the recognition they deserve. Once again, thank you very much to the RONA water heater sales representative and installation team for your outstanding service. You turned what could have been a very stressful and difficult experience into a smooth and reassuring one.
