“We had our engagement ring and wedding bands done at Omori Diamonds and we were beyond satisfied. I gave Omori the conceptual ideas and rough outline and then he augmented them—the earthy golden leaf style featured in the ring’s gallery rail, bridge, side stones and prongs all coming together perfectly.Omori found the diamond in New York to suit the idea and it was an amazing experience to learn about the sourcing and science of it and then looking at all the refractions/light dispersal and elaborate cuts inside the ring which Omori kindly spent time sharing. For the leaf pattern for the prongs encasing the stones we even had to mold it twice to hold and Omori was able to do it all in quick turnaround in time for the proposal. “I bought a clock from the NFL store with my favourite team logo on it. Within a year the clock started working sporadically. I took it to Winnipeg Jewellers to see if it could be fixed. The owner was very friendly and took the time to explain that these types of clocks are not designed to last, they have cheap mechanisms in there as it's more about the look of the clock than if it will last a long time or not. He was quick to assure me that he could put in a new mechanism that would last a long time and would provide a 1 year warranty. He also replaced the hands in the clock with new ones and it looks a lot more high-end now. Will absolutely recommend and go back for any clock repair needs!”

The ring that I had originally wanted didn't match anything they had in store and so we were put into contact with their custom jeweller Dodgie Dator. He was amazing! In one appointment he was able to draw out exactly what I wanted my ring to be. He made the process so easy and understood exactly what I was going for. When I finally got to try the ring on it was even better then I could have imagined. It was comfortable and gorgeous and so unique. “My cousin recommended Golden Hand to me and when we visited Winnipeg we stopped by. I bought my son a bracelet, myself a necklace and got my wife's pendant fixed. The repair took less than 5 minutes and the staff was awesome and laughed at my dumb jokes.A few months later I ordered a bracelet for my wife for her birthday and it arrived the next day and it was a very good price. A few weeks later it got caught on the microwave and broke. I sent it back for repair and then worked out a deal for them to scrap the gold and get my wife a different bracelet.
