Little Burgundy had shoes online with shipping cost pretty decent compared to next day delivery. Shoes were at house less than 24 hours. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They ran to grab three different sizes and educating how the shoe should fit and break in. The first impression was great and the experience was one of the best customer service experiences. Love this shoe store. Every employee is fabulous, goes above and beyond the call of duty and highly recommend to everyone.

Friendly service. I visited several shoe stores at the mall and this is the only store that I was asked if I needed any help, appreciate the attentive customer service.

Melissa was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even when they didnt have the size I was looking for she gave me lots of options at other stores so I could find the exact Christmas present I was searching for. Thank you Melissa, you made 2 people very happy this Christmas!

Literally just came in to browse came and got the best customer service of my life give this girl a raise a promotion give this a whole a raise fill their fridge literally brought joy and spark to my life <33 anybody would be lucky have these people thank you maureen and jenna <333 !!
