“I was just at the outlet mall location and when we first entered was greeted by Monica The ASM. She asked how we were and if she could help. Told her we bought shoes for my son and he had worn them out already. Explained it was just the insole as he put a hole in it. She asked if we had proof of purchase. I was trying to located the receipt when she started to help find a replacement for him and said we needed the wider fit as she could tell by his feet that was what had cause the issue. She was kind helpful and allowed us to replace the shoes no hassle. The next time we need to get him new shoes will be looking for her to help get the correct one the first time. Amazing person and customer service.”
“Beautiful little store front. The girls working inside knew the product and were very helpful and informative. I didn't end up purchasing directly from them, but did go to my local supplier of their boots and ended up buying two pairs. My son and I have been wearing our boots for about two weeks now, and they are extremely well made and very comfortable. Honestly, you might be surprised at the price of quality, handmade cowboy boots initially, but they are worth every penny. Your feet will thank you.”
“All of there staff was so nice and helpful. The manager angel was so nice and helpful. When testing out my shoes she told me a “secret” on how to not get blisters. She gave us a tip on how to use there water resistant spray. If I could have given a bigger number of stars I would we will definitely be going here instead of sport check better prices and nicer staff and if you are out of town angel gives extra time for returns or exchanges. I love this place!!”

“Having lived in River Heights and Tuxedo I have been a customer at the European Shoe Shop on Academy Road for a number of years. The Arche shoes are my absolute favourite and they are available in all colours. The staff know their merchandise and I have always left the store “a happy customer”!

They always offer great discounts, and the clothing is diverse, comfortable, and good quality. Customer service is excellent from the moment you walk in, making the shopping experience truly enjoyable. The only thing I would add is that they could offer more lifestyle sneakers and sports hoodies. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to shop!”

“For the past few occasions, I had an amazing outstanding experience while shopping at this store. Anuj and Hassan the two staff members you should ask for if you ever visit this location. Both of them are very friendly and patient. They are willing to help and look for the shoes for you . Last time it was Hassan who helped me and he was super nice and patient. This time it was Anuj and he patiently guided me and ensnsured we found the shoes and gave me different options. Their extensive knowledge, patience and friendly service will always make me go back to this store anytime I am looking for shoes. “Although I enjoy the store and products I got frustrated with them. On November 9th I went into the store to buy boots for my husband. They didn't have his size. I was told I would get a call when they came in to pick them up. After many calls yo the store with no luck. We found the boots at anoyher location. The sales staff called the store wr ordered from. She was on line for almost 30 minutes. I bought thr boots and had to go to the first store for my refund. I wasn't impressed.”

“I purchased a pair of Nike AF One shoes 40 days ago and there was a major flaw and premature soul wear. Unfortunately I didn’t have the original box or receipt. I spoke to an evening employee that politely mentioned their policy is to have a receipt. He also suggested that I speak with Don, the store manager, two days later. I did return and met Don. He went above and beyond to source my original transaction and it was more involved as my last name was misspelled. He was thorough and understanding. He is a perfect representation of great service.”

I have looked all over Metro Vancouver for shoes to fit me without any success. I was so happy to learn that Canadian Footwear had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience from the first phone call to the delivery a few days later was terrific. Great service and great prices that include free delivery. Five gold stars for Canadian Footwear and a shout-out for Winnipeg.”
