“Beautiful little store front. The girls working inside knew the product and were very helpful and informative. I didn't end up purchasing directly from them, but did go to my local supplier of their boots and ended up buying two pairs. My son and I have been wearing our boots for about two weeks now, and they are extremely well made and very comfortable. Honestly, you might be surprised at the price of quality, handmade cowboy boots initially, but they are worth every penny. Your feet will thank you.”

“I walked into the store just to browse the men's clothing. There were some fantastic deals but it's kind of tough to find something in XXL. I was approached by a female employee and offered her help. She was so helpful in checking for my size. I did find a couple Henley shirts at 60% off and a pair of casual shorts with the same discount. I also noticed a sign for a further 10% off for first responders. Wow, I walked out of the very pleased for what I got for the price which was about $36. Pretty cheap for a quality product. This store is worth going to.”

Both of them are very friendly and patient. They are willing to help and look for the shoes for you . Last time it was Hassan who helped me and he was super nice and patient. This time it was Anuj and he patiently guided me and ensnsured we found the shoes and gave me different options. Their extensive knowledge, patience and friendly service will always make me go back to this store anytime I am looking for shoes. “I purchased a pair of Nike AF One shoes 40 days ago and there was a major flaw and premature soul wear. Unfortunately I didn’t have the original box or receipt. I spoke to an evening employee that politely mentioned their policy is to have a receipt. He also suggested that I speak with Don, the store manager, two days later. I did return and met Don. He went above and beyond to source my original transaction and it was more involved as my last name was misspelled. He was thorough and understanding. He is a perfect representation of great service.”

“The service is excellent. I bought three pairs of shoes from there last week. However, there is a much wider variety of Arch Fit shoes available online. My suggestion is to please stock a better selection of Arch Support shoes at the outlet store as well.”
