Chantal was so pleasant! I went with my grandmother to buy my first pair of Mukluks and she was very nice & inviting. She knew a lot about the shoes & answered any questions I had. I absolutely love my Mukluks & I appreciate Chantal for being so kind and helping me out

I received a pair of slippers for Christmas,but unfortunately the wrong size.I took them to exchange and the staff member was so helpful and accommodating. I am so grateful for her help. I definitely will be a repeat customer after my experience today!

It says it’s good for -32 weather but nope. Def not for walks longer than 20 minutes.
