Accessible to the building but moving through the space with a walker, I was not able to get up every row. Someone in a wheel chair would have a hard time.

The guys removed my old furniture and set up the new furniture, removed packaging, and even put floor protectors on the feet of the couch before they left.

He also encouraged us to take home several fabric samples so we could see them in our own space and lighting, which was so helpful.
What we appreciated most was the complete lack of pressure—Preston focused on sharing his expertise and supporting us in finding what truly worked for us, rather than pushing a sale. This was such a refreshing change compared to other stores we visited, where we felt pressured to buy on the spot in order to get a “deal.”

“Was looking for a mechanical bed for my senior mother and the service was amazing and she even researched beds that were on clearance. This was a huge savings for my mom. Would highly recommend looking for a bed here. They also offer discounts on extended warranty and mattress protector when purchasing a full bed and frame. The warranty is directly through sleep country. The delivery service was fantastic as well. Worth the delivery charge.”

I walked into the Unicity Store with a list of questions and was greeted by Rae who proceeded to answer all my queries and recommended a unit that she thought would be a good choice for me. I was invited to try out the unit and was very impressed. It didn't take long to make my decision. Rae was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable.
