The atmosphere is inviting, and the knowledgeable and friendly staff are always ready to assist customers in finding the right books or placing special orders. While some visitors may find the layout overwhelming, the bookstore remains a cherished place for many, thanks in part to memorable literary events that inspire and engage the community. McNally Robinson is dedicated to fostering a literate society and providing materials that encourage thoughtful and imaginative lives.
I ordered online from out of province (and was looking for an independent Canadian bookstore) and had a great experience. Helpful, responsive staff, quick and clear communication, and shipping was fast, considering my books were on special order. Free shipping over $50 - a very fair price. Many thanks!
