Mighty Comics is a small but impressive shop in Winnipeg with lots of inventory in a compact space. The owner, while quiet or seemingly gruff at first, is actually a hilarious and great guy with an impressive knowledge base, especially helpful for collectors. He knows where everything is in the store and is very willing to help customers find what they need, even if it's not on the shelf. The shop specializes in comic books, graphic novels, card games like Magic, and board games, and they consistently have good stock for events like Free Comic Book Day.
A major highlight is the service for ordering items. The owner can successfully order in expensive or hard-to-find books, often charging only the U.S. suggested retail price for a significant discount. Purchases are almost always the same price or cheaper than major online retailers. The shop also offers a monthly comic subscription pick-up service. Customers travel from far away to visit and highly recommend it as a regular stop for any comics shopping, praising the dedication to customer satisfaction and the support of a local business.
pretty messy with things everywhere BUT they have lots of inventory here! love it!

A massive comics collection but, plenty of board games and trading card game product too. Prices seemed very reasonable.

It looks disorganized, but fear not! Just let them know what you're looking for and it will magically appear! Got a bunch of issues that I was missing.
