“After I had already chosen another company for storage and moving, I called BigSteelBox to follow up on two specific emails and a voicemail from Storage Consultant Hannah Forrest. Curious about pricing and availability, I used the number and extension in her email. Hannah answered promptly, walked me through the options and pricing, and it quickly became clear BigSteelBox might be the better choice. I mentioned I’d need to run the numbers and get back to her Monday. She gently and professionally asked what I wanted to calculate, and after a brief exchange we did the math together—BigSteelBox was clearly the best option. We finalized the order on the spot. I was very impressed with her patience and professionalism. Thank you, Hannah—you’re a tremendous asset to BigSteelBox! —Carlos Barcena”

“A very smooth move (I needed to ship my belongings from Manitoba, Canada, to a location in Washington), you know where your stuff is with a daily update, the delivery was done as expected”
“Canadian Van Lines performed as contracted. They showed up on time, packed the van in a day, and left. I was very pleased that the movers made every effort to look after our things while moving them. For example, they ensured that our furniture didn't scrape the walls in the house while they were carrying them out the door. Once they put them in the van, they wrapped moving blankets around all the exposed parts of our furniture. When they came to deliver our household items, they showed up on time, moved swiftly, and left on schedule. When we unpacked our boxes we were satisfied that nothing was broken. This was extraordinary because in our las three moves, we always had a few things broken.”
“We've now worked with Lyle at Premiere/Globe for three moves - two from Ontario and one within Winnipeg. Each time they've been careful, professional, and have come in at or under the quoted price. They will be our first choice if we end up moving again in the future.”

“I had Legacy move my new, 500+ lb fireplace into my basement, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were able to get me scheduled quickly, and the crew was professional, efficient, and made moving such a heavy fireplace into the basement look easy. Highly recommend Legacy!”
