“I've been there in two different occasions. The first time the broke my oil dip-stick. Could have been faulty i dunno for certain but the have spares and replaced it with one from another model it was close enough in length so I let it go, things happen.
But the second time they broke my air filter housing because they didn't know how to unfasten and said it's common with these old cars. Granted my car was eight years old, but it's been perfectly fine for eight years and really pushed the narrative that it wasn't their fault. I asked them if they are suggesting it's the cars fault itself. I did not leave I got it and started recording. And redirected an email that they had ordered a new housing for it and were ready to install it. They needed up but they rectified the problem and took accountability. I appreciate it”

“I can't believe how kind they were. My car was leaking oil everywhere (didn't know), and then told me to go get it looked at... so instead they topped up my oil and gave me some to take home.
After a devastating change to our family.. this really was incredible. May seem small but it really warmed my heart.

“We went there today to get our oil changed, and tires swapped. General Maintenance, and it could have gone many different ways. When we came to pick up our car, it appeared that the bay door broke, and we couldn't get our vehicle out. They tried from 12:30-5:30 to get our vehicle out while dealing with a ton of people who were upset that they couldn't get in right away. I just wanted to say that Sterling and team, you guys were fantastic! I know it was a stressful situation for everybody but you did a wonderful job! <3 Amanda and Richard.Service: Oil change”
