“My CRV was definitely due for maintenance so I was grateful for the blow by blow breakdown of what was needed. With the significant discount the total was much easier to take. So, thanks to Nikolai and Syed for great service!”

“I've been there in two different occasions. The first time the broke my oil dip-stick. Could have been faulty i dunno for certain but the have spares and replaced it with one from another model it was close enough in length so I let it go, things happen. But the second time they broke my air filter housing because they didn't know how to unfasten and said it's common with these old cars. Granted my car was eight years old, but it's been perfectly fine for eight years and really pushed the narrative that it wasn't their fault. I asked them if they are suggesting it's the cars fault itself. I did not leave I got it and started recording. And redirected an email that they had ordered a new housing for it and were ready to install it. They needed up but they rectified the problem and took accountability. I appreciate it”

“Highly recommend!!Went in today for an oil change. They explained everything well and didn't pressure at all with upselling. Very pleasant service and ALL staff we're kind. Was ripped off horribly at mister lube last time. Will be going here from now on.”

“Tire pressure sensor came on while driving. Called and they told me to come in right away. I showed up 5 mins later and they took my vehicle in instantly, had it repaired, and I was back out on the road in 8 minutes. Friendly, unbelievable service. Will definitely return!!!”

“We went there today to get our oil changed, and tires swapped. General Maintenance, and it could have gone many different ways. When we came to pick up our car, it appeared that the bay door broke, and we couldn't get our vehicle out. They tried from 12:30-5:30 to get our vehicle out while dealing with a ton of people who were upset that they couldn't get in right away. I just wanted to say that Sterling and team, you guys were fantastic! I know it was a stressful situation for everybody but you did a wonderful job!”
