This place is hillarious, You walk in and they stare at you and dont say a word.They make you look like an idiot if you arent 100% certain of your ring size.And once the transaction is done the Black Chubby girl will just toss your bag and jewelry on the table and present the Debit machine.A jewelry store with customer NonService like this is amazing.Please buy a ring pop and you’ll get much better service.

They forgot to put gift receipt in the bag. I came back to the store the next day to see if I can exchange for the same item in larger size but they refused and told me I have to give them a valid receipt which they never gave us. They didn’t even want to help or offer another option to verify the purchase. Poor customer service.

Currently trying to reach this location or st vital. Neither store is answering their phone calls. I have called around 6 times each since they have opened. Just looks bad as all I had was a question and now I have to waste time to go in person.

Staff is really helpful. I placed an order online. Due to inventory issues I was not able to exchange as it was taking longer.Manager exchanged it for me and was able to help out with everything.

If I can give 0 stars I would. Joy C.I served us and flat out gave us attitude. Not sure if she was having a bad day but it impacted the service that we received. She was throwing the rings that we were getting and when she was looking for a size it looked like she was throwing a tantrum. When she was packing the rings we got, she was still doing the same. When we left, I told her we didn’t have a good experience because of her attitude, she said she is unaware that she gave attitude.Overall, worst experience with Pandora.

Went tag along shopping with my friend who was buying a ring for his girlfriend.Jennifer was absolutely helpful in helping him find the ring he got, at a good price too.I'd say that I'd reccommed it but already did he as he went there thanks to my suggestion ?Would reccomend again.

A Spanish old lady at this location was extremely rude. The type of rudeness that makes you want to argue back and stand up for yourself. I do not think people like this should be working at a customer service job. I have worked in a customer service job my whole life and I have never once been rude to any customer even if they were rude to me. This old lady had such a bad attitude that my boyfriend and I just went to exchange our item at another location. If she does not like dealing with people so much she should not have this job. Pandora, you should not be hiring people with such rude behaviours towards YOUR customers. I am warning everyone to find another Pandora location instead of going to the one at Polo if you do not want to get snobbed at. This is the first time that I have done a review about a store that is how much she got under my skin. If I could give a zero star about this locations customer service I would.

So rude cx service. Will never visit Pandora ever. They do not have any booklets to show to the customers. The staff at the store don’t know how to talk to the cx’s. We waited for about an hour there to get help by someone bit nobody was willing to help.

Such an unpleasant experience. Bought my wife a pandora bracelet for Christmas. It was a medium. Turns out it’s too small. We brought it in to exchange for something smaller and were refused. We were told it was a limited edition so we couldn’t exchange for something smaller. No we are stuck with this useless bracelet. Anyways, guess we dodged a bullet as now we don’t have to buy their overpriced charms. I think I’ll use the one we bought as a key chain as that’s all it’s good for.
