They forgot to put gift receipt in the bag. I came back to the store the next day to see if I can exchange for the same item in larger size but they refused and told me I have to give them a valid receipt which they never gave us. Currently trying to reach this location or st vital. Neither store is answering their phone calls. I have called around 6 times each since they have opened. Just looks bad as all I had was a question and now I have to waste time to go in person.
