Then we went to Petland at 17:20 on X’mad Eve. A young lady works very busy. When we chose the fish, she introduced all precautions very clearly and detailed.

Darci and the whole team were all fantastic!! They have it all figured out on how to create the best experience possible for dogs.
From the get go, they let Margot explore the area and gave her some toys to get her comfortable and she was happy as a clam right away. I wasnt sure how she was going to be once I left but by the time I picked her up, she was just as happy as she was when I left her! The little stinker was so happy she was in no rush to come home.
Im also very impressed by the skill and work that went into her groom. It can't be easy grooming a 4 month old pup but they did an amazing job.

I wasn’t pleased with the staff or I should say some of the staff and I pulled her out of that daycare. The person I met on walks, suggestedFetch daycare. I am so grateful that I heard about them and I took my dog down for a meet and greet. She has been going there ever since for the last 3+ years and she loves it. I love it and she always comes home tired and happy they have engaging staff and professional staff that know what they’re doing. I would never go anywhere else. The dogs love it. The owner Joanne is amazing and all of her coaches are friendly and easy to talk to. ♥️

Having tried several places before, the standard here really stood out. Booking: The online booking system was really easy to book and pay for my session. Shortly after I received a personal message from Megan regarding my session the next day giving me all the details I needed as a first time user. Facilities & Products: The wash station was stocked with high-quality shampoos and conditioners, plus products for cleaning eyes and ears. There was also a great selection of brushes and combs, which made grooming much easier. Accessibility: Getting my 68kg fluffy boy onto the station was simple thanks to the sturdy ramp and non-slip mat. The whole station was safe and secure with plenty of hooks to clip him to with slip collars provided, which is a huge relief when handling such a big dog. Shower: The shower was powerful enough to get through Hiccup’s thick double coat, and I loved that the water temperature could be adjusted, cold something many other places don’t offer. Drying was just as impressive: We were given a shammy and towel to speed things up, and the top-of-the-range dog blaster finished the job brilliantly. Service: We were greeted by Megan, who was absolutely amazing. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to advise on which products are best for your dog’s coat and needs. Her attention to detail really makes the whole experience stress-free. Flexibility: I did run over my time slot (probably because I was enjoying myself too much!), but it was no problem to pay for the extra time since no one was booked directly after me. Honestly, I don’t think there’s anything Megan hasn’t thought of. The whole setup is well designed, practical, and dog friendly. I’ll definitely be returning, and I couldn’t recommend Wizard of Paws Blyth Self Service Dog Wash more highly.

Words cannot describe the service these girls provide but they go above and beyond for you and you can tell they love what they do. I trust them with my little ones and the best part is that they don't view them as just another client, but they actually care for them. They always accommodate the best times for me - I laughed when one of them wanted my dogs to come in on Saturday so she can see them during her shift. And whenever I'm not able to pick them up, they never complain about having to keep them there a little longer. One time, I was coming back from way up north and I couldn't arrive before closing time but the lady was SO kind enough to keep the business open for me until I picked up the little ones (I hope she enjoyed the tip we left for her!). I have been bringing my two Eskies here since they were located near Burrows and the excellent service has never changed!

You all took such good care of her, sent us home with everything needed. By the end of the next day her fever had come down, and two days after that she was back to eating meals and playing. After completing all the medications she was back to normal and she (and her sisters) loved the special food needed. Thank you all so much!

We regularly take our dogs to see Dr Worb, but have seen Dr Green and Dr Paquin. All of the vets are knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. All of them answer all of our questions and create a solid step by step action plan anytime one of our pets has health issues that need to be worked on. The techs and front desk are also incredibly kind and helpful.
Our oldest has recently had some serious challenges and we feel confident moving forward into the unknown as we know Dr Worb will guide us towards what is best for our boy every step of the way. If you're unsure where to take your beloved pets, call and make an appointment immediately.

1434 Henderson Hwy, WinnipegWe have a new fur baby who is having tummy troubles and we were worried. I called HAH and spoke with Kendra who was absolutely lovely. She got Clover in the same day. We saw Dr. Singh who did a thorough exam and explained everything to us. He reassured us the Clover was ok and went through options for treating her issue. He also suggested a Tech shows us some grooming practices to keep Clover healthy. I can’t remember the Tech’s name but they were also wonderful. All the staff treated Clover (and us) with kindness and patience.

I love the staff and feel so good about taking him there - I know he is safe and has the best time and comes home knocked out tired. 10/10 recommend (he’s been to a few daycares and he’s ok at them but nothing like his reaction at woofs and wags! He sprints out of the car and never looks back when he runs in :)

We were struggling with our dog Zira's increasing reactive behaviors. We felt in over our heads and were experiencing negative impacts on our own mental health due to the situation.
We scheduled 3 private training session with Christie in our home. To start Christie spent a lot of time talking with us to learn about our family dynamic and routine as well as Zira's history. When she came to our home for the training she took her time observing our neighborhood, home, yard, and Zira. This is something we never experienced with other trainers before. Christie really made us feel like she cared about meeting Zira where she was at and finding out what uniquely would help Zira thrive.
Once she had a good picture of what Zira was struggling with we worked together to build a plan that would help everyone. Previous trainers we have worked with have always stressed the only way to fix things was to be consistent with training exercises, a near impossible feat for a family eith small kids. With Christie she developed a holistic plan for us that was compassionate to our families limited time. Some of the things she suggested for us were; changes to Zira's space in our home, adjustments in how we were bringing Zira out into the community and how we brought people into our home, and training/mental exercises.
Understanding the root cause of Zira's behaviors has empowered our family to support Zira rather than feeling guilty for failing her.
I can't recommend Christie enough to anyone who feels overwhelmed by difficult behaviors with their furry family members. She is the best!!

Only recommendation is carrying dog friendly beers but other than that LBJ is the best. Staff is super friendly and all my dogs always get showered with attention from staff and other customers.

Service was excellent and the pricing was fair. Great place overall. Awesome vibe. There’s free parking in the back. I highly recommend.

The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the service felt smooth even though the place was packed. The drink menu was impressive, especially the local beers on tap, a nice touch that gives it a local flair. The food was really good, with a wide range of choices that made it hard to pick just one dish. Everything we ordered came out well-prepared and flavorful, leaning toward fine dining quality but without the stuffy formality.
If there was one small downside, it’s that it got a little noisy during the peak dinner rush, but honestly that just shows how popular the place is. The energy in the room made it feel lively rather than overwhelming.
Overall, Capital Bar and Grill is a great place to relax, enjoy a fantastic meal, and sip some quality drinks in a fun, upscale atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!
