Dogs are healthy and happy with the food. Service here is great. Owners are helpful and friendly. If you buy a big bag it's a very short trip from your car to the shelf you bought it on and I don't doubt they would load it for you if you asked. Quick and easy shopping.

In the past she had issues when a company changed the formula. I found out abot Evolution. A local Canadian company only sold at thrive. I went in today and met Marc. Shes an amazing woman! Very knowledgeable and helped me with other products as well. I want to keep my dog and cat as natural as possible. Thank you again Marc and I know I will be back to see ya again.

Went to Best West St James on fish Friday. Spoke with manager Geoff. He provided great recommendations and was kind and patient with me while I hummed and hawed.
I decided on a filter and some fish and went home to setup my cycled tank. That night the filter died. Geoff took care of everything. Fixed the filter, replaced the fish that passed, and showed me how to do repairs should an issue occur in the future. Great service, top notch product knowledge and very helpful demeanor. Will definitely be back for more products. Appreciate the time and help. Please take care of employees like Geoff.

I placed the order and within minutes Megan messaged us with all the details we needed to access the wash room. She met us onsite and was super friendly and professional, walking us through how to use all of the equipment before leaving us to it. All of the equipment worked perfectly, with instant hot water, an array of cleaning equipment and not forgetting shampoo and conditioner. The drying machine worked quicker than a regular hair drier and beats anything I’ve tried before. We didn’t even need to tidy up as Megan reassured us she would take care of it all. All in all, it was a great experience and one we will definitely be repeating! Thank you Megan. Complete five star service!

Recently, our puppy had reverse sneezing episodes and the vet took time to do a full exam and most importantly we were really appreciated being allowed in the room with her during her exams, it meant a lot to us to see firsthand what was being checked and ask or answer the questions in the moment rather than leaving her and waiting outside. That kind of careful, unhurried attention makes a big difference when you are worried about your fur baby. They genuinely care about the animals. We trust this clinic with our fur baby’s health and would recommend them to anyone.

Price was extremely reasonable, but staff took the time review pricing transparently. Happy to have a great emergency vet for any future visits!

I took him here and they found out that he has genetic allergies and a thyroid issue. He hasn't had fur on his back for years and he always looked inflamed and after a month and a bit of treating him. My husky finally is growing his fur back, his ears aren't red and the scratching has stopped. Thank you so much for helping him.

She went willingly for her meet and greet and without any hesitation when we dropped her off the following week for her 4 night boarding stay. Destiny is very responsive to any messages and provided photos and updates while we were away. The home environment was perfect, not too overwhelming. Piper was due for a nail trim and Destiny was able to take care of that while she was there as well. We will use her services in the future and highly recommend to others!

They have flexible pick up and drop off times and really know their stuff when it comes to dog behaviours and training. Our dog is a more well behaved dog due to her time with the lovely ladies that support her throughout the day. They are very prompt with their email replies and we use the add on service of nail trims when needed. I also like that they have multiple play areas for the dogs and can match dogs on temperament and energy levels. Our dog is more confident with other dogs due to these positive experiences. They have an outdoor area and downtime for the dogs during lunch to help them regulate and reset for the afternoon. Urban Canine is well run and the love for dogs and integrity regarding running a business for people’s best furry friends is all the peace of mind we need.

The staff remembered my order was to-go after one mention and had it bagged up fast, which matters when you're running on three hours of sleep. Seating by the window gave a nice quiet view of the street while I decompressed with a coffee, and the whole place had a warm, unhurried vibe despite it being close to closing. Good wifi too, which is rare enough at a small cafe that it's worth noting for anyone working on the road.

She was very careful about cross-contamination. She also mentioned that the regular menu items for lunch and dinner could be made gluten-free. They carry a gluten-free bread. I will try that next time.
