In the past she had issues when a company changed the formula. I found out abot Evolution. A local Canadian company only sold at thrive. I went in today and met Marc. Shes an amazing woman! Very knowledgeable and helped me with other products as well. I want to keep my dog and cat as natural as possible. Thank you again Marc and I know I will be back to see ya again.

Dogs are healthy and happy with the food. Service here is great. Owners are helpful and friendly. If you buy a big bag it's a very short trip from your car to the shelf you bought it on and I don't doubt they would load it for you if you asked. Quick and easy shopping.

Usually washing your dog at home feels like you’re trying to wrestle a wet raccoon in a bathroom the size of a cereal box. Water everywhere. Your back hurts. The dog looks offended. Everybody loses. But this setup? Beautiful. Elevated tubs, great water pressure, shampoos ready to go, dryers that sound like a leaf blower strapped to a jet engine.
My dog walked out smelling better than I do on most weddings. At one point I caught him looking at me like, “You’ve really been washing me in the bathtub this whole time? Embarrassing.”
Staff was super friendly too, and the whole place is clean and easy. Honestly the dog wash is so good I was half tempted to ask if they take humans too.

Don't get me wrong, staff have always been polite and courteous but on this day, I got to meet with the new store Manager. Cassie Jo, Im not sure if Im spelling it right but this young lady was amazing and went way over and above with different options for my fur baby. She went out of her way to get me water when I asked if she could spare a cup. She even called me a few days later to see how my puppers was adjusting to the new food. Now that's customer service. I don't even get that from the vet...lol I wish her all the best, and believe she is a wonderful addition to the team there. Thanks- Monica

Sometimes we have no choice as our dog needs a bath. After today’s incident at Main Street it really shows the difference in customer service, cleanliness and professionalism. We appreciate the service we get at McPhillips, and today it really showed the difference in staff and training.

I placed the order and within minutes Megan messaged us with all the details we needed to access the wash room. She met us onsite and was super friendly and professional, walking us through how to use all of the equipment before leaving us to it. All of the equipment worked perfectly, with instant hot water, an array of cleaning equipment and not forgetting shampoo and conditioner. The drying machine worked quicker than a regular hair drier and beats anything I’ve tried before. We didn’t even need to tidy up as Megan reassured us she would take care of it all. All in all, it was a great experience and one we will definitely be repeating! Thank you Megan. Complete five star service!

I would definitely go back for Her further treatments. They recommended Her going to a Groomer as I never hear of a Veterinarian suggesting outside options for pet health and care!!

Cheese Tonkatsu: The star of our meal. The pork cutlet was golden and crispy on the outside, and loaded with gooey, melted cheese inside. It was indulgent and absolutely delicious.
Kimchi Jjigae: Served piping hot right to the table. The broth was traditional, deeply flavoured, and hit all the right notes of spice and tang. A comforting bowl of Korean home cooking.
The only minor note is that the rice portion could be a touch more generous. That aside, this is a fantastic little spot for authentic Korean food in downtown Winnipeg.

There is no AC at the facility; open kitchen concept and somewhat unorganized but that is what gives it a rustic old school touch. The sad part is that they stopped using the best wheat (Manitoban) in the world due to specific circumstances.
Their scones are great as are their breads and the viennoiseries are never too sweet.
