“I’ve been purchasing dog food from Thrive for about 5 years now and have always had amazing service but today was exceptional!
I decided to buy a different protein blend that my dog had not tried before in the hopes of adding more variety to his diet. Keep in mind I’ve bought many different products from Thrive and he has liked them all. However, this particular one he just didn’t love. I tried feeding it to him multiple days with no luck. I didn’t want to force him to eat nor did I want an almost full 20lb box to go to waste. I called up the store, explained my situation and without hesitation Jeff said they would help me out! I made it to the store about an hour later and sure enough, no hassles, they helped me exchange for a box I know my dog likes and then I was on my way.
Cannot say enough good things about this local business! If you are feeding raw already or considering making the switch Thrive Pet Food Market is the place to go!”

The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable about the fish he has in store and will happily answer any and all questions you have! Finding a store with workers who have knowledge about the fish they’re selling is rare these days! All fish we have got has been healthy and happy!”

“Large store with lots of selection. The staff are very friendly and are always helpful.
They have two self serve bathing stations which are great, but for me it’s Bailey, who is one of the groomers there. She is hands down the best groomer I have ever had and I even once owned my own pet store, so I’ve had a lot of experience. I take my cat (lion’s cut in the summer) and my dog (every 6-8 weeks) to her.
I 100% recommend taking your pet to see Bailey and buy all your pet needs at Pet Valu on Reenders Dr.”
“I just recently had a bunch of animals brought to my son’s birthday. I can’t say enough of how pleasant of an experience it was. Dylan and his staff (Lynea) went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday special. First class people and highly recommend!!”
“Was recently in the St.Anne's location. I have a fussy eater and have tried numerous products there but this experience was different. Don't get me wrong, staff have always been polite and courteous but on this day, I got to meet with the new store Manager. Cassie Jo, Im not sure if Im spelling it right but this young lady was amazing and went way over and above with different options for my fur baby. She went out of her way to get me water when I asked if she could spare a cup. She even called me a few days later to see how my puppers was adjusting to the new food. Now that's customer service. I don't even get that from the vet...lol I wish her all the best, and believe she is a wonderful addition to the team there. Thanks- Monica”

“i loved this location more then any, jessica was very helpful with assisting me in picking the right diet for my dog. our dog loves the treats she picked out and our dog has been more active since we switched her diet. she also guided us through the process of how to properly switch our dogs diet and was very nice and answered all our questions.”

“This place is “few and far between” you know, the kind of pet store you find popping up here and there. It’s not one of those big-box chains, but a local gem run by a couple who are super sweet and helpful. I’m a fish-keeping newbie, so I totally rely on them!
If you’re new to the hobby or just want to check it out without any BS info, you should definitely go here. They have an amazing selection of supplies for all sorts of pets, and their livestock looks healthy and happy.

“The store is so clean and tidy. It's a bit confusing in its placement of products but the shelves are well stocked and organized, everything is perfectly visible, the lighting is bright and it's not overly crowded. Overall, it's a very nice store to shop in. The only less-than-positive experience was with the cashier. We were talking while she was checking me out and she literally just full stop started ignoring me mid convo so that she could look at this shedded snakeskin that her colleague (who interrupted us while she was cashing me out) brought up to the front. They both just tuned me out after that until she handed me the receipt. I was like the least she could've done was show the snakeskin to me!”
