My Dr prescribed a new medication for diabetes over 3 weeks ago and Rexall pharmacy failed to fill it. When I contacted the Clinic and they said it was prescribed and the pharmacy is making lots of errors. I am loosing confidence in the pharmacy. This is upsetting as I have been a loyal customer for many years.

How do I give Rexall a zero rating? Rude. Disorganized. Apathetic. Unprofessional. Been going to the same pharmacy for decades…but I will now switch. Unreal.
