About Save-On-Foods
Save-On-Foods is a popular grocery store that offers a mix of positive and negative experiences for customers. The prices are generally good, especially for More Rewards members, and the store's to-go sandwich section is well-liked. However, some customers feel certain items cost significantly more compared to other stores. The store is praised for its cleanliness and friendly staff, but there have been issues with the deli counter being unattended at times. One customer was disappointed with the poor quality of a store-made strawberry rhubarb pie, finding very little rhubarb and an unidentifiable creamy substance instead. On the other hand, the store's baked goods, such as the buns, receive positive reviews. In one standout incident, an employee named Amber went above and beyond to assist a customer whose bike was nearly stolen outside the store. Amber quickly intervened, contacted security, and ensured the bike was kept safe until the customer returned. This level of care and quick thinking was greatly appreciated. Another positive customer service experience involved an employee named Kaleigh, who helped a customer get the correct bacon product that was on sale, demonstrating the store's commitment to addressing customer needs. Overall, Save-On-Foods offers a mixed bag of experiences, with both praiseworthy and frustrating aspects, but the store is generally viewed as a clean, friendly, and convenient option for grocery shopping.

The prices are good here if you are a More rewards member. I like that their carts are free.
Their to go sandwich section is also pretty good, but expensive. I think this option suits the mall well!

It's an okay place to shop. There are items that cost way more compared to other stores.
But, why do you guys not sell Maltesers party bag? I have gift cards and I wanted to use them for Maltesers. What's the point now if I can't even buy the chocolate that I want?
