“All of there staff was so nice and helpful. The manager angel was so nice and helpful. When testing out my shoes she told me a “secret” on how to not get blisters. She gave us a tip on how to use there water resistant spray. If I could have given a bigger number of stars I would we will definitely be going here instead of sport check better prices and nicer staff and if you are out of town angel gives extra time for returns or exchanges. I love this place!!”
“Great work boots especially 34313. I've gone through two of them in 5 years. I love that they're much lighter and robust compared to the redwing super sole 2.0. My only concern is on both pairs they tended to rip off from the sole around the heel area.”

“The service was excellent and beyond expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The shoes I purchased are extremely comfortable but also really stylish to the point I’d be happy to wear them in all kinds of settings. The person helping me even offered to spray my new shoes with protectant for me before I left, which is frankly the only time any shoe store has offered this level of service and care to me.
I had a terrible experience with a major local competitor the previous day, but visiting the European Shoe Shop more than made up for that experience as I have now discovered a far superior place to buy shoes going forward. I highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t, the selection is fantastic and the staff are fabulous.”

“Although I enjoy the store and products I got frustrated with them. On November 9th I went into the store to buy boots for my husband. They didn't have his size. I was told I would get a call when they came in to pick them up. After many calls yo the store with no luck. We found the boots at anoyher location. The sales staff called the store wr ordered from. She was on line for almost 30 minutes. I bought thr boots and had to go to the first store for my refund. I wasn't impressed.”

“I visited Famous Footwear today in search of a new pair of shoes and was happy to find a well-priced option that I really liked. However, when I asked for my size, it turned out they didn’t have it in stock. Despite this, the experience was still positive because the sales associate was extremely helpful. They immediately offered to check availability at other nearby branches and quickly found my size at another location. Not only did they provide the information, but they also went the extra mile by reserving the shoes for me at that branch.

“First of all I absolutely adore these shoes! I always stop into this location when I can to see what’s new or if my old favourites are back. Today when I walked in I didn’t see what I wanted and was about to walk out when one of the store employees (Talia) checked in to see how I was doing , I gave probably the worst description of the shoe ever AND THEY FOUND IT! Granted it was online but sold me at the fact it would get delivered to my house free of charge. Talia was amazing/helpful in every single way! THANK YOU!!”
