“All of there staff was so nice and helpful. The manager angel was so nice and helpful. When testing out my shoes she told me a “secret” on how to not get blisters. She gave us a tip on how to use there water resistant spray. If I could have given a bigger number of stars I would we will definitely be going here instead of sport check better prices and nicer staff and if you are out of town angel gives extra time for returns or exchanges. I love this place!!”
“I popped a tire while riding after work. I brought the bike in at 730 pm thinking ya right they will repair it now. But he fixed me up with a new tire and tube in about 10 min. Great service at a value. Way easier than changing a road bike tire myself. Perfect local bike shop”

“Overall a big fan of play it again sports. The staff are very helpful and kind. Willing to spend time with you to make sure you get the right product. They have a really good selection of used skates including everything from entry level to pro stock. They offer a good selection of pro stock sticks as well. Their black Friday sales were very good as well. Had a skate blade break on my skates within a year of purchase and they were able to give me a new pair of blades for free.”

“I visited Famous Footwear today in search of a new pair of shoes and was happy to find a well-priced option that I really liked. However, when I asked for my size, it turned out they didn’t have it in stock. Despite this, the experience was still positive because the sales associate was extremely helpful. They immediately offered to check availability at other nearby branches and quickly found my size at another location. Not only did they provide the information, but they also went the extra mile by reserving the shoes for me at that branch.

“When you walk in this store and the sales man remembers you from your last purchase. That says it all. I came in to be fitted for some new clubs and I was approached by this same gentleman who was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable he put up with me, my sass, laughter, and stupid jokes for over an hour. By the time I finally picked my clubs he made sure I was absolutely positive and comfortable. “I’ve been trying to get my hands on a pair of the Gel Nimbus 25’s for over a month, and they were sold out online in my size for quite some time. I was worried they were being discontinued now that the 26’s are out. I was able to go to the store and try them on and the staff were extremely helpful.They took my number and told me they would give me a call when my size came in stock. Got the call this week and the store manager made sure to put them aside and I was really grateful as I know these are sold out in the smaller sizes online.Just wanted to say thank you to the staff and the store manager for following up with me, I really appreciate it!”

“Although Lululemon's website left both myself and my girlfriend pissed off with its inability to reserve a product, Peeru managed to turn all that around. He provided a great retail experience with his friendliness and eagerness to help. It's not something I see in retail often anymore. Lululemon needs more workers liked him and he's definitely in line for a raise.”
