“I've been taking my subaru here for years, initially it was just close and convenient but I've had the best service here in the past few years, it's really apparent that they care and they are certainly not out to gouge you which in my previous 20 years of repairs I've felt gouged almost every time. The oil change I get here lasts an extra 4000 km I have no explanation for this at all. I was needing oil changes before the recommended km twice from Mr places... started taking it here and no joke twice the km and I have no explanation but I like it. Go see Ken or one of the other excellent sales staff and breathe easier knowing your most important possession is in good hands.”

I was received almost immediately by Dwayne and I have to say Dwayne went above and beyond for me, his customer service was beyond exceptional.Even after fitting multiple different types of sockets that didn’t work he kept on trying again and again till one did, and then ordered the one that did. Dwayne even refused a tip even after I insisted on giving it to him, saying Kal Tire didn’t really do tips.Thank you very much guys for everything, you guys are life savers!”

“I recently cracked my rim and needed a replacement. I knew it was a brand of rim that Kal Tire supplies so I gave them a call. I was speaking to Zach who informed me that the rim brand was bought out by another brand and may no longer be available. He said he would do a search across all Kal Tire locations and give me a call back. He called back after about 15 minutes or so and said he located one in Edmonton and he could have it in stock in about 4 days and for a reasonable price. Zach made me feel like he was truly looking to help me out, not just make a sale. When I came to get the rim installed the service was prompt and courteous. Nikhil checked me out at the counter and was extremely friendly and even carried my rim to my car. I felt like I was taken care of and couldn’t have asked for better service.”

“First time visiting a Costco outside of California/USA. The layout is pretty much the same as any other Costco, but they have chicken tenders and poutine fries at their Food Court. It's a nice, snowy location. No gas station here tho. They do have some items that are not found in the Cali stores.”
