“The facility was very clean and inviting. I was directed right into the service garage as I pulled up. I was greeted by everyone and was assisted immediately by Mark (I think). He was great to deal with. Made things easy and quick. Offered me shuttle service to home and back to shop. But I opted to walk. I was told 2-3 hours and was texted at the 3 hour mark that my car was ready. It was cleaned and everything seems to be well. Great job everyone!!”

“Excellent service from day 1. Very knowledgeable and polite. They were able to find more damage to my car than what I originally claimed. A service car was provided and they even drove me to Enterprise to pick it up. The manager, Daryl, went above and beyond as he stayed after hours on a Friday just so I can pick up my car. They even washed and detailed it. The backseat was full of dog hair. If the owner can read this, you should know that your place is being managed properly. The great service is a reflection of your people. I hope they are well compensated. ?”

“About nine months ago I started going to Fountain Tire for my seasonal tire swap, then last fall I trusted them for my annual winterization.
Yesterday I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic on sluggish starting and “Christmas lighting” on my display.
Well, they nailed it, gave me a comprehensive report, and fixed the problem.

“I want to give a huge shout out to Marco at Fawcett for his professionalism and integrity.
I have a unique vehicle that had an impact with a deer, and it broke/cracked my bumper cover. I’ve been to 2 other shops (will not name), and they told me “no problem”, but that didn’t sit well with me as I knew you cannot buy replacement parts.
Marco and his team were honest with me and after they did their research, told me “not an easy fix, and they are not comfortable attempting to fix it.”
As disappointing as that news was - how impressed was I with their honesty!!!
Hence why I give 5 stars. Spent time, did research, and then educated me as to what to watch for.
What more can you ask from a body shop?
I will take any other vehicle (if it needs) to these guys - and feel confident.

From the customer service girls up front to the people behind the scenes to quality in there workmanship and professionalism. I got the pleasure of dealing with Jen. She is the best!! She updated daily and made the whole experience stress free she looked into the coverage set up the rental vehicle and insurance. She took care of everything thank you for your hard work and patience Jen! I've been here twice. The frist time was hail damage and this time for a rear end collision and a few minor but annoying dents. I am so impressed with the work they did. The paint match is incredible and you can't see the difference. The body work is like factory and the dents are completely gone. Thank you all for the work you do!! “Rear driver's side tire was leaking air. The hubcap ring was putting pressure on the valve stem, causing the leak. The valve stem was replaced and the ring was reversed so that the problem shouldn't occur again. I was only charged $45 compared to a $70 quote from another shop. The hubcap rings on the three other tires were also reversed for me, even though they weren't causing problems, yet. There was no charge for this. I dealt with James at the front desk. He was very friendly and accommodating. This was my first experience at Fountain Tire but I was impressed. Would definitely go back again!”
