“Maan where do I start?
Gotta give massive props and s/o to Charles and Elves for the great service! No games, no pressure, and no commitments at all!
From the moment I walked in, it definitely didn’t feel like your typical dealership with all the mark ups and weird pep talks. I legit just walked in, Elves greeted me and asked if Charles helped me out already, I said not yet and was just wondering if I can check the Tesla Model 3 from their website. Just like that, he then immediately pulled it up in front for me to check out, very straight forward and no questions asked (not gonna lie, I was taken aback a bit). Elves walked me through it and when I wanted to test drive it he called Charles to assist me further with all the details and tell me all the little things that makes a Tesla a good daily car to drive. After the first run I said I gotta think about it, talked a little bit about the numbers, and even then, NO PRESSURE. You either like the car or you don't.
I went back the following day with my Dad to check it out again and try to get preapproved. Unfortunately, the first try didn’t work. But after a little bit of back and forth with Charles on the phone and getting my trade-in involved, Elves did his magic and I somehow got approved with an insanely good rate and was offered a really good trade-in value (the highest I've been offered so far)! And even then, still NO PRESSURE!
The third and last time I went back to check out the car with my mum this time, further discussed the payments and final numbers, and discussed the last things they'll need to touch up on the car (since it was a recently new trade-in and I'm getting it not too long after it was traded-in). I said we'll let them know because it's something that I needed to discuss with my fam, and even until then, still NO PRESSURE at all.
Anyways, long story short, 3 visits/ check-ins later, I ended up getting the 2020 Tesla Model 3 with an extended warranty and I'm a happy camper! Note, it did take a little while for all the parts and final accessories to get fixed and given to me because again it was a very recent trade-in and they can only do so much with all the shipping delays, but again, after everything, it's all good and I can't be any more happier with the car I purchased and the service I received.
And one more thing that I really, really appreciate actually is that theres no follow up messages/ phone calls you get from the dealership after checking out the car. I know it's like a very minor thing, but to me it's extremely refreshing and great considering I find those follow up messages/ phone calls from those other dealerships annoying, and very pressure inducing in a way. Legit, if you like the car, you like it and you come back. Hahaha!
I know this is an insanely long review and I really apologize for that, but I tried to give a quick summary and recollection of all my experience with The Car Store on Main so that yall could be the judge. In my opinion though, don't hesitate to check them out and do business with them, because they have a really good selection of cars for a great price and they will do their absolute best to make sure you get in the car that you want. It was a Saturday and I gave my brother a ride and he said my brakes sounded terrible and I shouldn't be driving my vehicle anywhere. I called many places, and there was nobody available to fix my brakes, I panicked! Around 1:00 p.m., my friend reached out to me and gave me Mo's number.
