Doesn’t know their own policies and the way their own shelf tags. Tried to call customer service and was put on hold for 1.5 hours total and hung up on twice before even speaking with the human. What a horrible time.

Last minute decision to stop in at Red Lobster for steak and lobster. Not something I do very often but was glad I did. It was delicious and, of course, overdid it on biscuits before food arrived.
