“4 stars are because of Steven who works in the front office. He took care of me every step of the way even after things weren’t completed correctly. I would rate this business lower if it weren’t for him. I received my truck back and the inside was a mess. It looked like a white dust bomb went off. I had just detailed the vehicle before my accident and it came back as if I hadn’t cleaned it in the 6 years I have owned it. Upon cleaning the vehicle back up I noticed several spots of the vehicle that had white over spray on them. It was clear because all these parts are black. The body work and paint they completed looked factory, so no issue with the work they do. My main concern is the cleanliness and paint over spray upon returning the vehicle to me. Hopefully the employees take more time to make sure this doesn’t happen to future customers. Thank you Steven for all you did to help!”

“Seems like an honest man. Exhaust was rattling loudly, vibrating the car. Turns out I bent my exhaust all up under my car by constantly hitting the curb while backing in to park. It was a quick fix and he didn't overcharge me.
Another time I took my car in cause it was smoking. He said the fix would require removal of my engine and declined the job but told me what was wrong with it and didn't charge me for the diagnosis even though I was willing to pay him for his time. His diagnosis was right and I did end up having to pull the engine.
Recommended. Would go back.”

“I highly recommend this business if you need auto body repairs. I have a 2013 BMW that withstood some damage on the front fender . How the damage was sustained is highly classified (lol), but I can tell you there was a hole in the fender about the size of a quarter. Now, let’s be real, I could have spent thousands of dollars to fix that eyesore. But Beavers Auto Body Shop gave me an estimate that did not make me nauseous or faint. In addition, the business is customer oriented, professional, and down-to-earth. And all of those qualities are very important to me as a customer. I stay away from service providers who do not meet that criteria and I certainly do not give them repeat business. “Returning to NJ from NC family visit when my car alerts me to low pressure in one tire. I exited the highway at stopped at 2 places and was told it would be hours of wait time to check for the issue. By some miracle I kept looking for a tire place instead of just limping the remaining 2 hour drive with my slow leak, that led me to Aberdeen used tires/Chavos!!!! I was in an oit of there in a flash! Dismounted the tire, found/ removed the piece of metal, plugged the hole, refilled low tire and checked pressure in the others and I was back on the road!! Cheap, fast and friendly! They solved the issue with no nonsense or attempt to sell me stuff I didn't need!! 100 stars if I could! Thank you!”

“My partner, dog and I were driving on I-95N when we got a flat. When we got to Firestone, the techs had my vehicle in the garage in no time. Unfortunately, the tire could not be patched, and a tire that fit my car was not available until after the holiday weekend. However, James and the amazing folks at Firestone literally bent over backward to get us a tire to get us back home to Pennsylvania. Not only that, but they were kind enough to let us stay in the waiting room with our dog during one of the hottest days of the year. I can honestly say that we were extremely lucky, and extremely grateful, to come across a shop full of the kindest, most generous folks around.
