T & D Automotive Inc. is a trusted and honest auto repair shop. Customers consistently describe the mechanics as knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. They are praised for their great work ethic and for never talking down to clients. The shop provides wonderful service, with many highlighting specific instances where the team was helpful in urgent situations, such as making quick repairs for travelers stranded on the highway. The owners are noted for being a class act, offering great work across all vehicle makes. A significant point of feedback is the cost. While many find the rates reasonable for major or complex repairs, several customers express shock at the labor charge of $118 per hour for simpler services like an oil change, advising others to ask about the hourly fee ahead of time. The experience is generally positive, with clients stating they would return for significant repairs and highly recommend the business for its honesty and quality work. The small, personal shop environment, where clients deal directly with the mechanics working on their car, is a valued benefit.
Left my car for a Maryland inspection in the morning, The gentleman there was very professional, the service pretty fast I picked up my car around noon but they had it ready in two hours. I will definitely recommend it to family and friends.
