“Recently we reserved and prepaid online a minivan from the Budget Rental in Aberdeen Maryland. Upon arrival at the Budget office we had some problems with minivan availability due to recalls on Chrysler Pacificas.
The Customer Service person at the counter in Aberdeen, Faith, went above and beyond the call of duty to get us a Pacifica back into service so that we could rent it. Through her effort and making multiple calls to Budget’s district office she was able to get a Pacifica released in the computer for us to rent. Faith took a bad situation for us (we had to have a minivan and we’re leaving that morning)and through her efforts was able to provide us with one.
