I get food here in the morning 1-2 times per week. This morning they made me this garbage. Burned scrapple, with egg and cheese, in a burrito. There is no chance they didn’t know. May have to rethink my breakfast options.
28JUL25 I don’t know when I posted the above, probably more than a year, but I came back. This time it took more than 10 minutes to pull 3 pieces of chicken from the bin and put it in a box. Door dash is the priority and only one person working the counter. I won’t make this mistake again.

Badly managed RF - pumps don't work (no receipts or won't take a card), food is inconsistent (overcooked, old), car wash never provides the plan services you pay for (underbody, rinse, soap). Go to WAWA down the street.

Dirtiest Royal Farm store I've ever been to. Filthy gas pumps, the whole place needs to be pressure washed. I bought a sandwich there, and It was terrible. Avoid if possible.

To come in at lunch and there’s NO fries and then you’re told by a young lady it will be 7 minutes but 20 minutes later your still standing here!!! Very Very wrong!!! Get it together!!!

I decided at my Dad's suggestion to order a customized Chicken Chesapeake Sub. It was spectacular! Thank you to the manager, I believe, and her associate who made it!! She also told me it was her first time even making a pulled chicken sandwich.

Last night waited 20 extra minutes for the chicken special (10 pc dark meat) and the coating couldn’t stay on the chicken. We were told they had to drop more chicken would we mind waiting. We waited in the car outside, we noticed a man through the window placing a small ba of snacks into his front pants near his groin. The lady who gets off at 10pm passed right by him to go to the restroom but she didn’t know he was stealing. He got nervous left out and got into a red car which he parked near the gas pump but he didn’t come in to buy gasoline. I came inside to mention it to the fellow at the cash register who just came in at 10pm and he went to the stock room to mention it to them and he never came back to say they can see him on the cctv. They need new security here and possibly new training for those frying chicken.

I waited 30 minutes in store to get a four piece meal. The chicken was ready the whole time. The lady who was working continuously kept going into the back to talk to the other two employees and laugh. Safe to say I won’t be back.

The service was terrible. the employee in the store didn’t know what he was doing i asked for for help and he walked away from me and went in the back?. Other customers were in the store needing assistance while no one was tending to us. while one employee was in the back of the store basically avoiding us the other employee was sitting in his white SUV with a friend after hours. other customers along with me never got service we just left. the service is so poor at night and disrespectful

They need to replace their receipt paper at the fill stations. I buy a car wash but then get a receipt fail and have to run inside to get a receipt. This happened several times. I hope they get this right in the future because it's a convenient place for gas and a wash.
