This Business is Not Professional or Honest. My daughter had her vehicle towed by AAA to this facility with a flat tire and battery that wouldn't start. She was told that as soon as they found out the issue, they would contact her with the findings and price to get it fixed. She was contacted AFTER they took it upon themselves to put a part on her vehicle (battery Terminal) without consulting with her first, then charging her $181.00 for the part.
PLEASE beware of this business, DO NOT leave your vehicle there unattended. They will put parts on your vehicle without your consent then charge you for it. We are Believers and we KNOW that ALL Things Work Together for GOOD to those who Love The Lord and are called according to HIS Purpose, So We Will ALWAYS WIN!!
As for T&D/T&S Automotive, your business will NEVER prosper if you continue scamming and not having Integrity in treating your customers with honor and respect. You just lost a potential customer that would have brought you recurring business and referrals. We Pray that you will change from your wicked ways and allow GOD to use you that will ultimately Bless You.

My husband's truck was towed to T &D by AAA. Tony checked it out and it just needed a few minor adjustments. He was very honest and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that he didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. I wouldn't hesitate to use T & D again.

My car was towed here by a AAA recommendation and I do want to say that they were very friendly and accommodating and did a great job on my car. After the service was done I got the bill and realized it was 118$ an hour for labor. I didn’t have any major parts replaced as it was an oil change and clean up after I overfilled my oil. 118$ an hour in labor and 2.5 hours for that work is not something I expected or was notified about. I was shocked but had to pay it to get my car back. I don’t think I have ever paid 118$ an hour for labor even when my car was serviced at a dealership and I used to live in San Diego CA. Those are some Beverly Hills CA prices!!! 360$ later I was shocked…. Definitely shop around when getting your car serviced and ask about their hourly labor fee so you are aware of the costsAhead of time.

Honest and helpful but too expensive if it's simple work. Would go again for a major repair but an oil change will be about $120 for an hour of labor + cost of oil

Just went in for a MD state inspection. Car failed, which is fine albeit disappointing. But even more disappointing was the mechanic, Tony's, comment to me as he took my payment for the work. He said he didn't appreciate my attitude. While I wasn't overjoyed that my car didn't pass, I had (up to that point) harbored any bad feelings toward T&D Automotive or its employees. I was floored at the accusation, which seemed wildly unprofessional and unwarranted. I hope your experience will be better than mine. Just keep in mind that if you're dealing with Tony, you'd better maintain a sunny disposition!
