Despite NATIONAL advertising that its stores carry extra large sizes (3X+), this store does not, according to a staff member. I was referred to the internet, which was what I was avoiding. The store was large, clean, and the staff was pleasant; however, purposefully lying to customers is a very effective and efficient way to ensure I will never shop there again...... Makes me wonder what else they're hiding and/or misrepresenting....

It was okay, very small selection of clothing just due to store size but I found something that would work for what I needed. The help is kind of scarce which has nothing to do with the help and more about corporations. But there was a woman wandering around in there, a very young woman, walking up to people and offering to pray for them. She should have been stopped. I informed her I was a very happy atheist and not currently having a super being tell me to kill other people in their name.

Great place to shop for teens! Love the comfort of walking around and it's so spacey and well organized! Staff are attentive to your needs too. I will come in and find what I need, prices are still affordable too! We need that, and you get coupons for shopping next time too!

If there was an option for zero I would choose that. Words can’t even begin to describe how bad my experience was. The store was really messy and the line was really long with only one register open. As an employee with long black hair and wearing all black watched and said something in her walkie. I will never return.

This store here has the most saddest atmosphere. You walk in and you want to walk right back out. I past several employees and not one acknowledged me or any other customer that i noticed. No good morning, no smile, no can I help you find anything. I purposely circled twice and past the same two young ladies and nothing. My mission for what I went shopping for was a bust.

Site said certain clothes were in stock, got here to find out they don’t carry women’s polos. Old Navy has always been a disappointing store.
