“I talked to Matt at the Abingdon store who was helping out on 10/4/24 (not normally at that store). He was outstanding. He answered all my questions about my paint order which was not straight forward. Very helpful. I watched him with another customer while my paint was mixing and he was so helpful and knowledgeable! Definitely went out of his way to be helpful to customers and provide his knowledge and insight into the purchases customers were making. He definitely stood out as a gem and I wanted to acknowledge and commend his customer service.”

“Had wallpaper hung today by Jim, who did a beautiful job! I've been looking forward to having this wallpaper up for such a long time, and to finally have it up is amazing. Great customer service, too - quick to respond. I called shortly after he left with a question about wallpaper seams (nothing *actually* wrong, just probably the paper backing ever so slightly peeking through), and he let me know he'd come back out to take a look.
