“Needed a quart of Primer, walked out with a 5 gallon pale of the Sherwin Williams Premium wood and wall Primer, Alex was helpful in showing me a special buy, costs per quart went way down, its primer, it will be used, great service great paint been a customer of the Fort and Catonsville locations for a long time.”
“Typical Sherwin-Williams location. Nothing special about it.
It is a much better place to get paint and paint supplies than home Depot or Lowe's.
Commercial line of promar actually is very affordable compared to big box store paints and basically performs just fine if you're painting your interior walls.
I recommend buying your paints from here for any painting project as opposed to big box stores.”
“Yasy is amazing! She really knows the products and takes her time to explain the benefits of choosing the right one. The store is always clean and organized, and the team is great. Honestly, since this store got a new manager my husband and I haven’t gone to any other Sherwin. We hope it stays this way because this location is close to our home and super convenient.”
“This is the best paint shop in the area! Joe in particular goes above and beyond to help me with every home project of mine. He lends his expertise and time generously. Cannot more highly recommend!”
“Hardware stores can be daunting but Ace always has the most helpful and kind employees — Dominic saw us looking confused and swooped in and was so insightful and amazing!”

“Would 100% recommend McCormick Paints. In the past I shopped at Home depot but gave McCormick Paints a shot. I was pleasantly surprised at how much value a local company and smaller business like this can provide. They took the time to consult on colors, quantity and their expertise alone saved me a lot of time and money. This is my new paint store for sure.”
“The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, Maritza was over the top, very courteous and friendly, it was a nice surprise learning that she speaks Spanish, made my experience more personalized even though I speak English but it nice to communicate in your language when someone at the store speaks your language, great experience over all.
Vengan y pregunten por Maritza, les atenderá muy bien. Thanks Maritza.”
“Not only was your staff helpful, but he took the time to go over my options for the project that I was working on. Very polite, considerate, and knowledgeable about the product.”
“The staff at this place is exceptional. Mark goes out of his way to take care of PPG clients and is very professional. I will be doing a majority of my business through PPG simply because of their customer service.”
“My go to Grainger store due to location. I always have a good interaction at this location. Although I frequent this location, today I’m leaving a review because Becca was more than patient and very helpful with me while having trouble finding my company’s account. While others weren’t so helpful, she stood by while I gathered all information needed to find the account and made sure I was able to pay to the right account.”
“Staff very extremely helpful. Visited store 3 times in 2 days. Were touching up walls after parts of walls were opened to access plumbing through out house. Paint matched prior colors which were 11 years old perfectly.”
“Krystal was absolutely fantastic! She took the time to understand my painting project and explained which type of paint would work best for my house. She was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Her recommendations gave me confidence that I was buying the right products. Great customer service like this is hard to find. Thanks, Krystal, for making my painting project so much easier—I truly appreciate your help!”
“Strike anywhere matches? Count me in. This place had them. I got them. Bringing it back to PA since their outlawed. I mean that's great. I love striking anywhere. RFK not so much but that's the neighborhood concern not mine cause im a strike anywhere guy. Boom.”

“I have used this store many times. No matter how weird my need — odd-sized air filter, specialized cleaner or tiny light bulb — they’ve always been helpful.”
