“I couldn't be happier with the staff and service while buying a new car (2025 Nissan Kicks) at Jim Coleman. I'd been set on avoiding a new car purchase, since I thought it would be simpler and cheaper to find an equivalent used car on-line. But salesman Richard, financial manager Jay, and the rest of the team were super accommodating, and with zero pressure. I wound up with a better deal than I could have received for cars with 30,000+ miles already on them. Then Richard (and a colleague) personally transported the Kicks to my house, almost an hour away. My Tesla needed 3 different pieces of glass replaced, due to debris falling on top of vehicle while driving. Along with the chrome trim being damaged.
It took a bit long, which was expected, and was given advanced notice when I dropped it off that it would take about 30 days.
Looks like the damage never happened!!

Professional, personable, and prompt are a few of the words I would use to describe the quality of the service I received from start to finish. The price they quoted is the price they honored. I was given a completion timeline and they honored it. From my experience, I can tell that this company aims to exceed the consumer's expectation in every way: they cleaned/ detailed the car, thus leaving it better than when I dropped it off. “Can not say enough good things about this business. From the first phone call until the job was done everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I really have no complaints. Went in to have a spoiler fixed on my Toyota after it was damaged in a parking accident. Was given an appointment, met a representative there and he texted me throughout the process with updates on when the part arrived etc. When it came time to get it fixed, the whole thing was done within 30 minutes. No extra charges, no sale person trying to get me to buy something I didn't need and, most importantly, they treated me like I mattered. Highly recommend this DC business.”
“I brought my car here a few months ago for repairs and was beyond satisfied with the repairs. I liked that they kept me updated and dealt with my insurance directly instead of me playing monkey in the middle.
Unfortunately, I was recently in an accident. Without hesitation, I knew that I would choose this shop to handle the repairs again. The staff always seem to go above and beyond for their customers compared to other typical repair shops I have been to. I don't know much about cars so I also appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain everything to me so I could also understand what was going on as well. I got my car back yesterday & I am once again extremely satisfied with the high quality work they did and for their customer service :)

Before coming to the German Service Center, I had taken my GLE 53 to another shop, where they were going to overcharge me significantly for the work needed. While price isn't the primary concern for me, the experience highlighted the importance of honesty and integrity in a service provider.
At the German Service Center, Biz, the owner and manager, personally ensured that my vehicle was thoroughly inspected and provided a detailed, transparent estimate. Biz is extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, fair, fast, and most importantly, personable. The quality of the mechanical repairs was outstanding. My car now runs like new, and the performance is back to its peak.
