“As a contractor, we have had a lot of issues in the past with granite installs (scratches, uneven countertops) with deplorable material (not using the correct caulk). They did 2 installs for us and both countertops were installed to the best of quality. When there was a hiccup (a small imprefection), Edgar (the manager I think) got on the phone with me to resolved it quickly while even giving me the option of returning the entire countertop. We really appreciate that sort of communication and urgency. They also allowed us to send a custom sink over at their warehouse to be measured properly for the second install. We will definitely be using for our next builds.”

Their prices are great, too. I got estimate from another local flooring store and a famous online store (known for offering the best price). But their price for the same product was much better.

“The five stars are for my salesperson. Service would get a two-star. I bought a refrigerator, oven and dishwasher from Paul Walterhoefer 2 years ago. He helped me select appliances for my kitchen remodel. My review does not reflect my service experience. June 2025 my freezer started icing over. it also affected the refrigerator and started freezing produce and other items. I have had the service department out numerous times (at least 7 times) to replace many different parts and the last time they came out with a part that they replaced first it back in June. I called Paul very frustrated. he looked into the issue and the same day he got my refrigerator replaced. Paul cares about his customers even after the sale. Service text that came out could learn customer service from Paul.”
“I think They have overnight parking. Back in any door on the rear side of warehouse. They opens at 5:00 am. My appointment was 5:30 am.
The guy came at 5:00 took my paperwork cut the seal and he opened my trailer doors too. 6:40 am unloading done.”
“Really like Ollie's outlet stores. They have very competitive prices on a lot of stuff including dry groceries with a little bit of pharmacy items, tableware, carpeting and random home goods overall. Simply a lot of random stuff with good value. One drawback however, once something's out of stock, there's good chance you won't find it again ... But, that's how they promote and advertise their stuff, so if you find something you like, you need to get it and/or stock up.”
“They have enough room to turn around but they lack of signs to where’s the entrance where to park to check in. I end up getting in the entrance the GPS show and end up stuck at FedEx. It was tight to get out. I got it marked for you guys on a pic to where the entrance is.”
