Everyone I came into contact at the service department at Bayside Nissan Annapolis could not have been nicer, courteous and helpful. From Jen and Katrina at the front desk to the gentlemanly Mr.Smith the shuttle driver who gave me a ride back and forth. I give five stars to the service department!
