As if there needed to be another review saying how horrible this place is. I have had an issue with my prescription every time I've called it in here. The last time, I was there over an hour to wait for it to be transferred, just for them to tell me it's not possible. I even had my vet on the phone when I got there, assuming they would need more information, but was told it wasn't necessary. Then finally, an hour later, was told it needed to be called in again, but the vet was then closed. I was not given an apology any time I came in for this prescription and it either wasn't ready/they didn't have it and failed to tell me/couldn't refill it. No apology or sympathy whatsoever and no options for helping the situation. Unbelievable this place is allowed to operate.

Do not use this Pharmacy. Would give 0 stars if I could.I submitted a request to have a prescription transferred to a new pharmacy since I moved and they refused to transfer it. I was told by the new Pharmacy to reach out to them directly to try and rectify this. You cannot reach this Pharmacy directly you have leave a voicemail and they may or may not call you back after they get your voicemail.They refused to transfer to my prescription and claimed there were missing 'notes' from the Doctor but yet they were able to dispense this medication to me in the past without any problems what so ever which doesn't make any sense.The person on the phone told me that 'You should go to Pharmacy school then if you know better'.Absolutely insane behavior from insane people working for a company that handles your prescription medication.

10/2/2023What a nightmare! Did you know they don’t check voicemails from doctors calling in a prescription? Wow. When you need a prescription- don’t send it to this store- what a horrible experience- over 28 hours to get an urgent prescription filled! Then be prepared to stand in a line at least 12 people deep! Trust me- go somewhere else!!I agree going at night is not recommended, it can be a rough area at night.

The store closed several minutes early. A lot of people showed up as it was closing as well but were turned away. They need to re-examine their hours. I recommend choosing a different store for literally anything.

Awfull place to go, I went at 6 55 pm and they don't let me in I need some urgent medicine for my wife and "Security" did not let me in, amazing job guys playing with people's health ?????go 1 hour before they close bc nobody wants to work anymore

Pharmacist straight up lied to my face. I called in for a refill. Label says I have one refill left and it doesn’t expire for a year. The pharmacist an African accented man told me it was against the law to fill the prescription. He tried to explain how it was out of date and couldn’t be refilled. We went round and round. I fired CVS and went to Walgreens. Walgreens filled one prescription but not the other because insurance said it had been filled two days earlier. Which meant that my prescription was sitting in the shelf at the pharmacy the whole time he was lying to me saying it was illegal to fill. My wife went the next day while I was at work. She picked it up and the pharmacist knew he was caught, but continued to lie. I will NEVER set foot in that CVS again, maybe any CVS. This place has a liar for a pharmacist, beware.

If you are looking at reviews for this CVS you're in luck, I may be able to save you up to an hour of your time. I went for Covid testing and waited 20 minutes after my appointment time before anyone saw me. That's okay, I don't mind waiting and I get being short staffed or busy with a costumer in the store. When something finally did see me I was promptly told that they couldn't honor the appointment as the system was down. I was told to look for another location or come back the next day. Of course they told me I should set up another appointment to see them. But if they can't be bothered to let me know in advance, which would have saved me an hour of my time when I already am dealing with fairly severe cold symptoms, then why should I even trust they can honor another appointment? That simple action of letting me know in advance would have saved me time and actual discomfort. I only hope this review can help at least one person avoid the mistake of giving this inconsiderate business their time and money. We all deserve better.

Really wish this wasn't the case. I dropped off an important roll of 35mm film for developing back in July- it's now well into October and I'm losing hope. I visited the store to inquire back in September and an employee (as well as the manager) sent me away and told me to keep awaiting their call. No emails, no texts, no phone calls... It's too bad- this CVS is on my route to work, I have an abundance of film, developing is harder to find nowadays... they would have gained a repeat customer for a few years. Hoping they weren't careless enough to lose a roll of my film (and never bothered to tell me). I'm really hoping this can be amended and that I receive my photos. I'm not looking for a huge discount or some written apology, just for the service they claim to provide or for my film to be returned.Update: Almost through November and nothing has changed.

I waited 3 hours for my rx after being told it would take 1.5 hours to fill. It was hydrocortisone cream for poison ivy…not hard. At the 3 hr mark w people on line to pick up and drop off they stopped talking to customers and rolled the gate down ..for lunch. Had my dr call rx into a different pharmacy. Instead of transferring it, cvs filled it. I’m back again…in line and they can’t find it. This began over 8 hours ago. Never again.

The pharmacy tech here is very rude and unhelpful. They never answer the phone and once you actually get ahold of someone they are not helpful. They incorrectly filled a prescription and when I called (and waited 45 minutes for an answer) he was rude and nasty to me even though it was a mistake on their end. Very very disappointed and upset by my interaction with the staff today.
