Ew I sent my husband here for a list of two items 15 minutes before closing and told him to ask the staff where the items were by showing the two pictures. The first words out of this older women’s mouth was “where are they?”. Three words CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING! No further comment needed.

The staff is friendly…but they are severely understaffed and it can be a long wait to pick up prescriptions.

don't go to the CVS 503 Scherry grove ave in Annapolis. they never have your meds ready when you need it and it is never a cashier at the front of the store to help you when you need it
