Cameron and the other folks at this location were incredibly helpful when I had a warranty issue. Cameron rectified the problem with zero hassel. I will definitely visit this location again based on the customer service alone. Definitely visit the Annapolis Helly Hansen store!

I want to give a big 5 star rating to Cameron and his team at the Helly Hansen store in Annapolis. I purchased a pair of Alpha Lifaloft ski pants from the store that fit perfect but when I went to the mountain they did not fit over my ski boots so I called HH customer support which was not helpful at all. Therefore, I reached out to the store to see if there was anything they could do. Everyone at the store was very helpful, responsive and Cameron was able to resolve the issue in a timely fashion. I love the Alpha Liftaloft ski pants and highly recommend purchasing from the Annapolis store. We are fortunate to have a HH store in Annapolis with a great team of employees. Thank you!

I was visiting Annapolis from California and was looking to replace a rain jacket I had bought at the Annapolis Helly Hansen years ago when I lived there. The lining on the inside was flaking all over my clothes. When I mentioned this to the gentleman at the store, he offered to replace it with a new jacket! All I had to do was pay the difference in price, which was $30!! I was so appreciative to say the least! I also bought a new jacket for my daughter as well! Top notch company and customer service!!

Seamus McCarthy was amazing he greeted me at the door , assisted me with my concern and explained next steps. I’m a manger of a great company and even offered him a position. You have a great manager on your team! He deserves an increase in his salary.

Apparently you are assessed for your socio-economic status upon entering. If you don't pass muster, you are treated with a level of disdain just this side of complete rejection. Nevermind that we simply wanted to purchase a clothing item we could easily afford.It probably will not matter that we post this, as the preferred clientele will still shop there. Just be prepared if you aren't presentable enough.

My 10 year old rain jacket’s zipper broke and I took it in to buy a new one and they just replaced it! What amazing commitment and customer service. I’m sure it helped that Cameron helped me, he was so patient at helping me find the right replacement for my jacket. This store is awesome!

Stopped in your Annapolis store while I was visiting. You did not have the jacket I was looking for but Seamus who was working in the store could not have been more helpful. He showed me a jacket with the same fit and helped me identify it on the website. Bravo to Seamus for your help!
