“I booked an in-store appointment to design an elfa closet for an awkward attic corner with a sloped ceiling, and Narissa was such a delight to work with. She’s not only professional and talented but also extremely intuitive when it comes to suggestions. She took her time to understand the measurements, my priorities (like preferring more drawers over hanging space), and then got right to work. The design she came up with was spot-on and exactly what I had in mind but hadn’t been able to figure out how to execute. She was super quick to show me how different tweaks would look, and she was so kind and patient when I asked her to undo most changes and stick with her original design. A week later, she even helped me update the color scheme. It’s almost funny how I’d been dealing with this awful closet setup for so long, and all it took was one visit with Narissa to fix everything. Everyone else at the Annapolis location was also really friendly and helpful while we were browsing around.”

I ordered online and it was delivered in the most classy packaging I have never seen such a nice kind women when I actually went to the store. You are a class act and I have a feeling I will be buying 2 more and I know they checked my account to see that I bought the smallest size which they actually checked the size I bought in store. Only thing is u cant buy just one of these cause they look great with even more! I just don't know how the points yet but will soon cause I'm already picking them out now! Classy all the way!”

“Excellent quality and service was provided for my purchase from Manager Grant. He was able to hold a couch for me that I was looking at another location that just had sold. He showed me delivery company that the store uses and how to get it delivered that same day. Grant was very respectful and helpful not only to me but to all the customers and his staff!”
“Terry and Xavier rock at this location!! They went up and beyond for me and helped my contractor get the wood needed for my dining area. Everywhere else, it was discontinued, so Lumber Liquidators in Annapolis was my last hope!! Recommend without reservations!!”
“I wandered into the store almost two years ago on a Sunday afternoon on a day trip to Annapolis. The woman in the shop that day was very personable and knowledgeable about the items. We had a great visit as she showed me around the store then left me to wander on my own. She also told me about the nearby snall beach and other areas of interest. She said the owner was a retired Coastie. I served in the USCG as did my son and his father and grandfather and uncles and cousins. If I were to ever own a home in that area, I would call them to decorate it and give them a blank check. Beautiful selection of art, sculpture, furniture, and all things maritime. I highly recommend them for home as well as gift items. A 10+ Hope to return on my next trip to Annapolis for some serious shopping!”

“The store has SOME nice finds, some months are definitely better than others. June and July are the off months for places like HomeGoods, a lot of picked over things and not a lot of new inventory.
-Take a good LOOK at the items in the clearance section, there is a REASON why it's there, they don't care if it's broke or anything, it's going in the clearance…
-I find the summer things to be too cheesy sometimes and prefer to shop in the spring/fall/winter months.
-Haven't used the bathrooms to check if they are clean, but they do have bathrooms here, and it's next to a busy pizza shop and juice smoothie place.”

“Man, did I ever feel old when I walked into here. I haven't been inside a Urban Outfitters in a very long time and it really shows. The last time I was in one was looking for clothes to go to a retro night event, clothes that were popular in the 90s. But this visit, it was like a punch to the gut.Vinyl records are back in and I had come in here to see which vinyls they had on hand. After searching through their selection, and not finding anything, I wondered around the store to see what else they might have had.I started in the clothing and found nothing that tickled my fancy. Then I decided to see if they had anything in the housewares area. I have been in one of these and found some great deals when it comes in this area and I still have those items.However, when I ventured this way I ended up in a fight that I lost. I first got hit with the cassette tapes. Like they sucker punched me to put me in a daze. Then I get jumped from behind by the disposable cameras. Like, right out of nowhere there they were. I've never been so attacked in my life.Honestly, I kind of wanted to buy them for myself. However, I have no cassette player, and I have no idea where I would go now to develop the film. It was almost museum like coming here, a nice nostalgic walk down memory lane.”
