“Beautiful Couch/Excellent Customer Service
I rarely post reviews however recently we purchased and received a beautiful couch from Cantoni. Along the way there was a snag with the order. The store manager Luca and our sales agent Will did everything possible to ensure that we received the couch as originally ordered within the timeframe needed. Their efforts were far reaching and as much as any customer can hope for when resolving an issue. Today we received on time the couch we originally ordered and it has exceeded our expectations. I especially loved the mix of modern, handmade, and personalized items that gave the shop a very unique character.
The staff members were incredibly friendly and professional during my entire visit. They were available whenever I needed assistance but also allowed me enough space to browse comfortably. I appreciated their product knowledge and how patient they were while helping me choose between different options. The quality of the products was impressive, and everything looked carefully selected. Shopping here felt calm, enjoyable, and personal instead of rushed. “One of the most beautiful alleys in Washington, D.C. is steeped in history. A historic alley home to warehouses, stables, workshops, and alley homes, the alley is now Georgetown's Design District with local and national brands and a popular cafe. The cobblestone still paves the alley and many of its buildings have remnants of the past. Can you find the two horse statues on one of its buildings? It's also a great alley to plan spot as airplanes land at nearby National Airport.”

“I'm thrilled with my dining set from BoConcept Georgetown. The quality is amazing, I love the fabric and the delivery was professional and timely. I especially appreciated the advice from the sales associate Shardul Raj. I had entered the store intending just to look and leave but Shardul showed me options I wouldn't have realized without his help. I am very particular on my decor (and have had to return furniture from other retailers due to quality). BoConcept delivered everything I hoped for. It was expensive but so worth it!”

“Great to pick up supplies for college move in. This is not my favorite discount, whole sale reselling retailers but not one to skip over either. I found some cute tops at this location and the shoe selection is quite large wrapping around the back wall and side walls throughout the store. The perfume and jewelry is decent and well protected. The home goods section is where it’s at. There is a great selection of towels, sheets, baskets, small furniture and loads of functional and decorative decor. I will be returning because it’s in a great location with lots of parking.”

“Had my daughter’s birthday party here today. It was great! They provided the room and all the crafts, party supplies (plates, napkins, cups) and balloons. The instructor for the crafts was lovely and very patient with a room full of 7 year olds. The value for this party was very good. You will not find a more affordable birthday party anywhere the city. Overall, my kid was very happy with her party and so were her friends!?”
