“Thanks to Kenwood Kitchens and designer Beth Niccolini, we now LOVE our kitchen. We realized after moving into our condo that the kitchen was lacking in storage, countertop space, and lighting. In today's busy market with its shortage of vital tradesmen, we knew we wanted a company that would manage everything. Kenwood had a great reputation so I stopped in their Forest Drive center. Within a week Beth had come over to see our place, talk about what we wanted, and take measurements. The following week we had 5 designs in our price range. Beth set up appointments for us to see appliances, cabinets, tile and countertops.Kenwood planned ahead, managed the entire project, and gave us a detailed 4.5 week schedule covering the work & vendors by day, including inspections. All we had to do was give their project manager and the vendors access. They showed up per the schedule. We never had any issues and the work was completed on time. My husband says that Beth and Kenwood did a great job despite me. I had been a little resistant to make some recommended changes, but in the end, Beth was right. We absolutely love our new kitchen. We plan to work with Kenwood again on future bathroom renovations.”

“I was having a plumbing problem and neither Lowe's or Home Depot had the parts I needed to fix the issue. Had resigned myself to calling an expensive plumber out. Someone recommended to check Ferguson plumbing supply and I'm grateful they did. Received excellent customer service from the knowledgeable staff member. I showed him the broken piece of pipe and explained the issue. He immediately got me the two parts I needed and was on my way. Fixed issue perfectly. Big thanks to that man!”

“I had damage to my kitchen where the prior contractor took short cuts. I interviewed several contractors to fix this problem, but Madrid's contracting had the most complete solution. I soon learned that my kitchen was the start of the things that needed repairing. My roof and deck also needed attention. The final total on the contract IS THE FINAL TOTAL (unless you ask for extra work). He had ideas and shared them with us which helped turn our project into what it is now. His workers are courteous, professional, and clean up after themselves. The work they do is spot on. I know this is supposed to stay just business but during the process, my wife's sister passed away. Mr. Madrid was kind and compassionate. He worked with us during our time of grief. Even though he had other projects, he scheduled us when WE were ready. Madrid's Contracting is one of those companies you will call years down the road for your next home renovation. Would I recommend them? Yes, Highly.”

“Williams and Sonoma is one of my youngest daughter store, while in Maryland for the Christmas holidays my wife and I shopped at the one in Annapolis Maryland the people or employees there were excellent, when I go back to Maryland this will be the store I will shop at, my daughter have good taste in stores.”

“The store has SOME nice finds, some months are definitely better than others. June and July are the off months for places like HomeGoods, a lot of picked over things and not a lot of new inventory.-Take a good LOOK at the items in the clearance section, there is a REASON why it's there, they don't care if it's broke or anything, it's going in the clearance…-I find the summer things to be too cheesy sometimes and prefer to shop in the spring/fall/winter months.-Haven't used the bathrooms to check if they are clean, but they do have bathrooms here, and it's next to a busy pizza shop and juice smoothie place.”

They really take the time to go over what you are looking for so you won't have regrets down the road. No sales push, "sign right now" kinda of BS.Installation was superb. “Can't say enough good things about this store. Richard was AMAZING. I was completely overwhelmed with my bathroom remodel. It has been a 13 year wait to finally gut and overhaul our master bathroom. Richard was fantastic. He talked with us about various options and things to consider. He never made us feel rushed. Everyone in the store was incredibly friendly. We visited several times and have experienced great follow through. We are planning another bathroom remodel in the coming months. We will without a doubt return to Thomas Somerville for that project as well. Before we started our bathroom project we visited a Ferguson showroom. No one in that store would speak to us. I will never consider Ferguson and would not hesitate to recommend Thomas Somerville. Everyone there as been so helpful but we will definitely seek out Richard for the next reno.
