“I was having a plumbing problem and neither Lowe's or Home Depot had the parts I needed to fix the issue. Had resigned myself to calling an expensive plumber out. Someone recommended to check Ferguson plumbing supply and I'm grateful they did. Received excellent customer service from the knowledgeable staff member. I showed him the broken piece of pipe and explained the issue. He immediately got me the two parts I needed and was on my way. Fixed issue perfectly. Big thanks to that man!”
“Went here for a bathroom vanity. They only had a limited number available in the showroom. Most is available online. Showroom is nice, but unless you are a heavy hitter you won't get much attention. This is in a very high end neighborhood.”

“Came to pickup my dji avata 360 on Aug 22 around 3:30-4pm but something happen with confirmation, the guy at the pickup desk was polite and friendly, then met the floor staff that help me to handle the purchase after canceled the online order, He is nice and friendly person also helpful until finished the purchase super quick! “I just had the best experience at Home Depot- walking in I was admittedly nervous to navigate the lumber section, as I have never ventured beyond the paint swatches before. A kind gentleman, Shannon, asked if I needed help. He was so incredibly insightful and clearly skilled at the project I needed help with. He cut the wood I needed to the PERFECT size and even escorted me (and the large unruly cart) to the front where he rung me up. After pulling around front I was greeted by Mike, who shared that he had just recently celebrated his birthday! He inquired about my project, loaded the wood into my car and wished me luck on my project. It’s hard to find willing and capable employees who also obviously love their jobs.
