I want to first of all thank the staff at the store in Annapolis they try to do a great job everyday got to make sure you're picking up those cards from the front doors and also why in God's Good Earth would you change the croissants that you were selling before these new ones that you now carry are awful if $0.49 isn't the right price find the right price bring back the other croissants Goose taste like cardboard

I had an outstanding experience with Melvin at Lids! Despite being the only employee working on a busy Saturday, he was incredibly pleasant and patient with everyone. He made sure to assist each customer, even apologizing if there was a delay. Melvin provided A1 service, truly going above and beyond. People like him deserve recognition for their dedication and hard work. He is an invaluable asset to the store! Thank you, Melvin, for the excellent service and experience!

Service was very friendly and very fast, but the quality of the hat embroidery was terrible. Even the salesperson, upon looking at the embroidery after the fact, you could tell thought it was bad. Selection is mediocre. Not a lot of colors or sizes. Value is reasonable however given the quality of the work way overpriced.

I was looking to see sizes of basketball jerseys, but the lady didn't want to take them down for me unless I was guaranteed to buy one. Also didn't help when I asked about the hats. All and all the store isn't bad if you like hats, just the service.

Jesse helped me today was great, chatted a lot about baseball and other things while he embroidered my hat, was very chill and didn’t seem to mind all the questions I asked him.

If you know you never open at 11am, Don’t have that as your posted hours. The amount of reviews I see saying the same thing is ridiculous. At this point close the store for good since you’re never open anyways.

Whatever the listed hours are, assume they won't open until much later. And if you arrive in middle of the day, they could be closed then too because they feel like it. It's now 11:15, they were supposed to open up at 11am and no sign if the store opening. Worst customer service ever at this store. They just don't care. beware!!!

It's now 11:25 and they were supposed to open up at 11am (and every other store in the mall opened on time) and there is no sign of the store opening. This location is a mess and just doesn't care. beware!!

Get to lids once a week at 10am and they’re not even open. Says they open at 10am but whoever is working are late or whatever it is they are doing. So I waste my time coming in when I got a lot to do and I sit and wait now it’s 10:40 and still not open this is ridiculous.
