She remembers my family and I and goes above and beyond every time!!! My parents are buckle obsessed and i normally just tag along! “I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Kayden at Under Armour — hands down one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I came in with a vague idea of what I needed, and Kayden somehow helped me find everything — sizes, styles, and even a few pieces I didn’t know I needed until he recommended them.
He was super efficient without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and knows the brand inside and out. His energy, attention to detail, and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. If every store had a Kayden, shopping would be a whole different world.

“This Macy location is great. The building has two floors and in the bottom one there is a variety of selections for different types of shoes (Women and men), they have for children in the second floor. They don’t have much for children either. The collections of clothes are great as well. The section of furniture is good and they appear to be of a great quality.They also have a lot of stuff on clearance. Great prices.Thanks.”
“I wanted to express my gratitude for the sales lady that helped me today. I was looking for tuxedo shirt for my son and she showed me, I asked her could she measure him and she happy measured him. We then found the they didn't have his size on the sales floor, she then said she would check online and unfortunately they didn't have any his size. We also checked children's section no luck. Although I didn't find my item the customer service was wonderful. I unfortunately can't remember the sales woman's name but I was there on Saturday, around 4pm.”
“A bit claustrophobic, but the changing rooms are a nice size. I love Lululemon, I hate that they rarely stock bigger sizes in the store. As a result, you are limited in what you can buy in size 12. Also, the de facto answer if they don't have something in your size is "You can look online". Athleta will find what you are looking for while you are in the shop and offer to ship free to your home, or the store for pickup. Why Lululemon can't do this beats me. Still great quality, and lasts, so I return faithfully.”

“Stopped by to grab 2 new pair of shoes.Fern and Samantha were awesome.Got home, changed, and went to pick up my 3yr old from daycare. As I'm picking him up, we noticed one shoe had a small blemish.I didn't have the box, I was literally wearing the shoes, and we live 30 min away so I stopped by the store just to see what we could do. Totally figured I would have to come back with the box but I rolled the dice anyway.They waved as I walked back in, as we had a great chat earlier, and I showed them the issue. None of us noticed until after the original sale. Best exchange I've ever experienced. We all got a good laugh out of it, they swapped them out and fixed the issue on the spot. Nowadays its hard to see a employee asking if you need help, happily answering questions, and when my son started crying she talked to him to help me get him to calm down. “Man, did I ever feel old when I walked into here. I haven't been inside a Urban Outfitters in a very long time and it really shows. The last time I was in one was looking for clothes to go to a retro night event, clothes that were popular in the 90s. But this visit, it was like a punch to the gut.Vinyl records are back in and I had come in here to see which vinyls they had on hand. After searching through their selection, and not finding anything, I wondered around the store to see what else they might have had.I started in the clothing and found nothing that tickled my fancy. Then I decided to see if they had anything in the housewares area. I have been in one of these and found some great deals when it comes in this area and I still have those items.However, when I ventured this way I ended up in a fight that I lost. I first got hit with the cassette tapes. Like they sucker punched me to put me in a daze. Then I get jumped from behind by the disposable cameras. Like, right out of nowhere there they were. I've never been so attacked in my life.Honestly, I kind of wanted to buy them for myself. However, I have no cassette player, and I have no idea where I would go now to develop the film. It was almost museum like coming here, a nice nostalgic walk down memory lane.”
