“let me just tell you, Jessica is the most wonderful human on this earth! We come from far and not too often but she makes the trip worth it every time! She remembers my family and I and goes above and beyond every time!!! My parents are buckle obsessed and i normally just tag along! Jessica had me walk out this weekend with my first pair of jeans EVER!!!! 26 years jean free she is the only person to have ever made me even willing to try!! she was supportive the whole way through and gave me tons and tons of options!!!! all the staff is so wonderful my family and i always feel so great walking in knowing how welcomed and friendly they are!!! the store is very clean and well kept! they provided the best customer service i have ever seen!”

“Had a wonderful shopping experience today at AE. The associate Adriana helped me find my perfect jeans and shorts. She informed me that I could buy my jeans on line if my size wasn't in the store and described the process of ordering, my reward points and the amazing benefits of having the rewards and a AE credit card. Our associate that closed our sale at the checkout was helpful too and ordered my jeans for delivery. The management and dressing room staff was amazing too!! Iam a total fan of this store and AE. They have the best quality of jeans, even though Iam older, I always find what I need here and for my kids!! ?”

“Stopped by to grab 2 new pair of shoes.Fern and Samantha were awesome.Got home, changed, and went to pick up my 3yr old from daycare. As I'm picking him up, we noticed one shoe had a small blemish.I didn't have the box, I was literally wearing the shoes, and we live 30 min away so I stopped by the store just to see what we could do. Totally figured I would have to come back with the box but I rolled the dice anyway.They waved as I walked back in, as we had a great chat earlier, and I showed them the issue. None of us noticed until after the original sale. Best exchange I've ever experienced. We all got a good laugh out of it, they swapped them out and fixed the issue on the spot. “I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Kayden at Under Armour — hands down one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I came in with a vague idea of what I needed, and Kayden somehow helped me find everything — sizes, styles, and even a few pieces I didn’t know I needed until he recommended them.
He was super efficient without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and knows the brand inside and out. His energy, attention to detail, and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. If every store had a Kayden, shopping would be a whole different world.

“A bit claustrophobic, but the changing rooms are a nice size. I love Lululemon, I hate that they rarely stock bigger sizes in the store. As a result, you are limited in what you can buy in size 12. Also, the de facto answer if they don't have something in your size is "You can look online". Athleta will find what you are looking for while you are in the shop and offer to ship free to your home, or the store for pickup. Why Lululemon can't do this beats me. Still great quality, and lasts, so I return faithfully.”
“Macy's has reduced its checkout counters too much at the Annapolis location. Sometimes you have to "hunt" to find a working station to pay for your purchase s. A real waste of a customer's time.”

The store is extremely clean and organized, almost everything is on sale. However the associates on the floor didn't greet me or even offer assistance. This was my first time shopping here, there is plenty to select from in all sizes. I ended up finding something else to purchase while there. The lines were steady, looked long but the ladies were ringing the customers effectively and efficiently. The cashier that rang me was extremely helpful and asked if I was interested in anything else since I did not receive help on the floor, she made other suggestions and even recommended other items to put an outfit together! This location has two levels and the escalator was indeed working. Also there is plenty of parking out front of the store. I would shop here again if I were in the area.”

“Man, did I ever feel old when I walked into here. I haven't been inside a Urban Outfitters in a very long time and it really shows. The last time I was in one was looking for clothes to go to a retro night event, clothes that were popular in the 90s. But this visit, it was like a punch to the gut.Vinyl records are back in and I had come in here to see which vinyls they had on hand. After searching through their selection, and not finding anything, I wondered around the store to see what else they might have had.I started in the clothing and found nothing that tickled my fancy. Then I decided to see if they had anything in the housewares area. I have been in one of these and found some great deals when it comes in this area and I still have those items.However, when I ventured this way I ended up in a fight that I lost. I first got hit with the cassette tapes. Like they sucker punched me to put me in a daze. Then I get jumped from behind by the disposable cameras. Like, right out of nowhere there they were. I've never been so attacked in my life.Honestly, I kind of wanted to buy them for myself. However, I have no cassette player, and I have no idea where I would go now to develop the film. It was almost museum like coming here, a nice nostalgic walk down memory lane.”
