“I had the most amazing shopping experience with the manager Jean at Old Navy in Gambrills on Friday! The focus of my trip was solely to purchase clothes for my great-niece's birthday. Jean came up to me to show me the clearance rack for kids and to let me know that all of the women's clearance pants were on sale for $9.97!
I really needed more jeans and she checked on me while I was trying them on and found my size so I didn't have to go to another store!! Her customer service is exceptional, and I will make this my store because of her!!”

I made the drive to the Oakley Vault at Arundel Mills specifically because I wanted expert help with my Radar EVs, and this team exceeded every expectation.
Notori was phenomenal from the moment I walked in. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me. She took the time to educate me on the differences between Radar EV models, helped me properly size my replacement lenses, and answered every question I had with confidence and detail. She never made me feel rushed and shared a ton of useful information that I couldn’t have found anywhere else. She’s a perfect example of what outstanding customer service looks like.
Chris was equally great to work with. He was approachable, understanding, and took the time to explain the differences between Prizm and Prizm Polarized lenses while making sure I understood exactly what I was buying. It’s obvious he cares about customers having the right product, not just making a sale.
I also want to recognize Chele, the store manager. We got off on the wrong foot initially, but she completely turned that around. She was incredibly patient, listened to every concern I had, and worked with me every step of the way. Even while training Marco, she managed to handle everything effortlessly without ever making me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. That level of professionalism says a lot about her leadership. Marco was also friendly and attentive, and it’s clear he’s learning from a great team.
This visit reminded me why I’ve always respected the Oakley brand. It’s one thing to make great products, but it’s another to have a team that genuinely cares about educating customers and making sure they leave happy. I’ll gladly make the 40-minute drive again just to shop at this location. Thank you, Notori, Chris, Chele, and Marco for an outstanding experience.”
“The Men’s Wearhouse in Bowie always makes the process seamless soon as I walk in the store. From getting the right size to find finding out which shoes go with which suit, there’s always somebody in there that can answer the question that I need! “Went in to buy a pair of boots (my first ever) for a wedding. Not only did (and I apologize if I’m misspelling her name) Latisa immediately greet us, but she jumped right into helping me find the right size and pair for me and for the event. She stuck with me through at least two styles and several different sizes of each. Her knowledge was very much appreciated, she was AMAZINGLY personable, so kind, very funny, and I felt like she was 100% focused on me and helping me. I haven’t experienced that kind service before, and my boyfriend and I will be returning. Their boot selection is SIZABLE, and all of the clothing and various accessories they sell are numerous. “The store has a nice interior there's lots of stuff to pick like clothes makeup toys baby clothes even kitchen appliances and the staff is pretty kind I like the fact that they give you Kohl's cash and pretty good deals”
“Storm was extremely helpful finding an item that I saw on a Mannequin and find a price for something in my size with no tag. Then when I got to the register the help up there reminded me to use my coupons saving me money. Great experience. “I absolutely hate shopping, but sometimes you have to! As someone with long legs, finding clothes that actually fit and work for me can be a challenge. Buckle is one of the few stores that offers a selection that caters to my needs, so I traveled all the way from Delaware to shop.
From the moment I walked through the door, Kristeena took care of me. She listened to everything I was looking for, and went above and beyond to help me find the right pieces. She truly pampered me throughout the entire experience and, somehow, actually made shopping enjoyable!
The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was such a refreshing experience to feel genuinely taken care of rather than just feeling like another customer.

“A gentleman named Matthew helped me out with a big favor. He works in Amazon department. I accidentally returned two items instead of one. “The products are very cute and of course Vans quality is great! The staff, however, bring this store to the next level. I went here yesterday and my sister ended up purchasing overalls, and then I came back today trying to backtrack a lost wallet. Both times, we walked in to a very cheerful welcome and such intentional and caring service - from multiple different staff members! “This store has a fantastic selection of in-stock work boots at reasonable prices. There are no fashion or poser boots. Just work boots and some workwear. Each item on the shelf is clearly labelled with its safety features to make finding the perfect boot easy. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable about what's on the shelf. I'll be making the 90-minute drive here next time since there are more work boots here than all of of St. Mary's County.”
“Almost every Aerie I've been to has had friendly employees but one associate here was beyond amazing in helping me get "long" 7/8 leggings as they are not yet available in that length in store. Also she encouraged a purchase that I had no idea what size to get (most of my clothes are aerie but this was out the box for me) and it was perfect. I wish I remembered her name but she has dark hair and I think glasses. Thank you so much!! I was worried this outfit would look horrible but her encouragement helped a TON”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Kayden at Under Armour — hands down one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I came in with a vague idea of what I needed, and Kayden somehow helped me find everything — sizes, styles, and even a few pieces I didn’t know I needed until he recommended them.
He was super efficient without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and knows the brand inside and out. His energy, attention to detail, and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. If every store had a Kayden, shopping would be a whole different world.
