“The products are very cute and of course Vans quality is great! The staff, however, bring this store to the next level. I went here yesterday and my sister ended up purchasing overalls, and then I came back today trying to backtrack a lost wallet. Both times, we walked in to a very cheerful welcome and such intentional and caring service - from multiple different staff members! From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I came in with a vague idea of what I needed, and Kayden somehow helped me find everything — sizes, styles, and even a few pieces I didn’t know I needed until he recommended them.

“I had the most amazing shopping experience with the manager Jean at Old Navy in Gambrills on Friday! The focus of my trip was solely to purchase clothes for my great-niece's birthday. Jean came up to me to show me the clearance rack for kids and to let me know that all of the women's clearance pants were on sale for $9.97!
I really needed more jeans and she checked on me while I was trying them on and found my size so I didn't have to go to another store!! Her customer service is exceptional, and I will make this my store because of her!!”
