“We used short hop for a move recently and I wish I could give them 10 stars. The First Gentleman I spoke with on the phone was so kind and helpful. I was really stressed about this move and thought I’d be doing the majority on my own due to budget. I explained what I needed moved and my budget and time constraints. He was so calming and assured me they’d get the job done for me. I was still nervous leading up to moving day. It was the hottest week of the year and I had way more things than I anticipated. The morning of the move I called to confirm and he let me know they were sending a few extra guys free of charge because their move didn’t start until later. 5 of the most respectful, kindest young men showed up and moved me in 1/2 the time I expected. “Dont worry, we got you” was said many times. It went better than I could have ever imagined. They were like 5 angels that showed up and saved the day. Each and every one of them worked tirelessly without even a glimmer of complaint. In fact, they were laughing and joking and challenging each other who could carry more. Haha. Job well done short hop!!!”
