Lorie was friendly and knowledgeable every time I've been in recently for cashing checks and ordering foreign currency before my trips!

This has been my primary branch since 2013, but I've been an M&T customer since the mid 2000s. I've always found the Bankers there very friendly and genuinely helpful. I never have to wait long and they talk to you like a real person.
